    Definitely Recommend

    Working with Amanda was a wonderful experience; communication was fast and efficient, she secured everything I asked for, and respected my budget. There were times during the wedding planning process when I felt alone, and even though it wasn't technically her job, she was always there to help me (I REALLY appreciated that) I would definitely recommend her a thousand times over to other couples.

    Fantastic Experience

    We had a fantastic experience renting tables and chairs! From start to finish, their service was excellent. Communication was clear, timely, and professional, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everything arrived exactly as expected, and the quality of the rentals was great. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers’ experience. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of event rentals and will definitely be using them again!

    We had a first-class experience renting with Heartland Events for our 36th Annual Family & Friends Reunion. Justin and Amanda were very easy to work with on scheduling and so helpful with setup and placement of over 16 tables and 80 chairs. We would highly recommend them and plan to use them again for future events.

    Heartland event rentals made our daughter's rehearsal dinner set up so easy. From booking to delivery and being so flexible with pickup, they were a joy to work with. 10/10 will be keeping them in my phone for our next event. Thank you for everything.

Yes! We will deliver your items before the event and pick them up afterwards. You won't need to worry about any of the logistics.
Yes! Our team will set up everything to your specifications one time. Any major changes to plans that require moving the rental equipment may incur an additional fee.
