In 2015, I opened Just4U Wedding Coordinating and More, which specializes in providing day-of coordination, partial planning and full planning services. My team and I are are committed to making sure your wedding day goes just as you envision.

    HIRE JUST4U FOR YOUR NEXT EVENT!!!

    Working with Natasha and her team at JUST4U Wedding Coordinating and More was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Our big day came with its share of challenges, but they handled every problem that came up with ease and always had a solution ready. Natasha and her team were professional, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly for us. They went above and beyond to take care of all the hiccups so we could focus on enjoying our special day.     Just4U wedding coordinating is amazing!

    Natasha and her team were absolutely incredible! They helped us every step of the way throughout the entire planning process and were always available to answer any questions we had. Our wedding truly would not have turned out the way it did without Just4U. On our wedding day, they took care of every detail, making sure we had zero stress and could simply enjoy the day. They set up the venue exactly how we envisioned it, and everything came to life even more beautifully than we imagined. We are so grateful for all of their hard work, dedication, and support.     Wedding Coordinating

    My wedding was this past April. Just4U provided a seamless wedding day for me. They were able to organize my timeline and see the blind spots I missed in my personal vision. I was also provided a useful emergency kit the day of the ceremony. They were also able to professionally collaborate with other vendors . Couldn’t have had my big day without the aid of Just4U.

Most of our couples hire us for Full-Service Planning 10-18 months before their wedding! Couples looking for a coordinator will typically book 8-10 months before the big day. In all reality, as soon as you know you want to hire a planner or coordinator, sooner is always better!
We are available by phone, email, text message, our internal project management tool, and social media to respond immediately to our clients during working hours. If we miss your communication, we will get back to you asap. Our clients also get an advanced notice anytime we are out of the office.
In the exceedingly rare or unlikely circumstance that your Lead Planner who you have been working with all throughout your process could NOT be there on wedding day, we have a backup already in place! We use a cloud-based information sharing system that allows our entire team to have access to all questionnaires, timelines, and layouts at the drop of a hat. We got you!
We work with all ranges of budgets! There is no “requirement” of a minimum budget for us to serve you during your planning process. That being said, most couples spend anywhere from 10%-20% of their total wedding budget on a planner or coordinator, depending on how important a planner is to you and how much help you are needing. Most of our clients have budgets from $45,000-$80,000, but we have worked with smaller and larger budgets as well!
Guest count is not a factor in us executing your event! We have planned for as little as 30 guests up to 800+ guests in attendance.
