Montana 360 Events brings a premium 360 video booth experience to weddings and events throughout northwest Montana. Guests step onto the platform while a rotating camera captures fun, slow-motion videos they can instantly share with friends and family when internet is available. Every rental includes a professional attendant to keep everything running smoothly, plus a full online gallery after your event. Our goal is simple: create an experience your guests will genuinely enjoy and give them personalized videos they'll actually want to keep and share.

A great 360 booth is about more than the equipment—it's about the experience. We focus on making the booth inviting, easy to use, and fun for guests of every age.     KimBerley was amazing. It was pouring rain but we managed to find a good spot for the photo booth and she was very communicative with how it worked, gave everyone fun ideas, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Everyone was lined up for a good hour taking turns on the Photo Booth it was so fun.

    Wedding Day 360

    We worked with Montana 360 Events for our wedding and couldn't be happier with our choice. Kimberly was fantastic to work with from start to finish—she responded quickly to our messages and brought such enthusiasm to every conversation. During cocktail hour, her 360 photo booth kept our guests entertained with a fresh activity that felt totally different from typical wedding entertainment. Summer and fall weddings in Northwest Montana book quickly, so we recommend reserving your date as early as possible. That said, if your event is coming up soon, reach out—we're always happy to check availability.
Most weddings book 3–4 hours, which gives guests plenty of opportunities to use the booth throughout the reception. For parties and corporate events, 2–4 hours is the most common rental length.
Every rental includes: - Professional setup and teardown - An on-site attendant - Unlimited booth sessions during your rental - Instant sharing when internet is available - An online gallery delivered within 48 hours - Gallery access for 60 days
When internet service is available, guests can receive their video immediately by scanning a QR code or entering their phone number or email address—no app required.* If internet service isn't available at your venue, all videos will be delivered through your online gallery within 48 hours. *Instant sharing depends on cellular or internet connectivity at your venue.
Yes. Every event includes a professional attendant who handles setup, operation, guest assistance and teardown so you can relax and enjoy your event.
We ask for approximately a 10' × 10' area with a flat, level surface, at least 8 feet of overhead clearance and access to a standard electrical outlet. Not sure if your venue has enough room? Let us know—we're happy to brainstorm options.
Absolutely. Outdoor events are one of our favorite settings, especially with Montana's incredible scenery. The booth must be set up on a flat, stable surface and cannot operate during rain or other unsafe weather conditions.
The platform comfortably fits up to three adults at a time, depending on the group.
Yes. Travel is included anywhere within Flathead County. Events outside Flathead County are welcome and are subject to a travel fee of $2.00 per mile (round trip).
Yes. Our Custom Branding Package adds personalized overlays, event branding, custom music and other visual elements to match your wedding or event. This package is available as an optional add-on.
No problem. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) if your venue requires one
If our schedule allows, additional booth time can often be added for $150 per hour. Let us know as soon as possible if you'd like to extend your rental.
Your date is officially reserved once we receive: - A signed rental agreement - Your required retainer payment (25% of your package price) Until both are received, your date remains available for other bookings.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment system.
If you need to cancel your event: - More than 30 days before your event: 75% refund of payments received - 15–29 days before your event: 50% refund - 14 days or less before your event: No refund One complimentary reschedule is available when requested at least 30 days before your event, subject to availability.
