Absolutely! We love getting to know our couples and learning more about their vision. Once you reach out through Zola, we'll review your event details and schedule a consultation to discuss rentals, design, styling, guest experiences, pricing, and next steps. Consultations can be held by phone or video call depending on your preference.
Yes! We offer delivery, setup, styling, and breakdown services throughout Central Florida. Services can be customized based on your event needs.
We recommend booking 4–6 months in advance whenever possible, especially for weddings and larger events. Early booking helps maximize inventory availability and can provide more flexibility when selecting rentals, design elements, and event enhancements. For interactive guest experiences, floral activations, and specialty installations, we recommend booking 2–3 months in advance to allow adequate time for planning, sourcing, and customization. However, if your event is approaching sooner, don't hesitate to reach out—we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute inquiries based on availability.
Absolutely. Every event is unique, and we can create a custom proposal based on your guest count, venue, design vision, and rental needs.
We primarily serve Orlando, Kissimmee, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Clermont, Davenport, St. Cloud, and surrounding Central Florida areas. Travel is available for select events throughout Florida.
Wonderfully Bloomed is our interactive floral experience where guests create their own bouquets during weddings, showers, corporate events, grand openings, and private celebrations.
Yes. A signed agreement and retainer are required to officially reserve your event date and secure inventory availability.
