    I attended an event with a photo booth from Stellar Z Event Rentals, and their photo quality was amazing! The lighting was fantastic… no filter needed! Not to mention the photographers were so kind and let us take as many photos as we wanted. No rush, just fun! I reached out the next day with a question and got a quick, helpful response. Stellar Z Event Rentals offers luxury photo booth rentals and elevated interactive experiences designed to make your celebration stellar. Our offerings include Photo Booths, 360 Video Booths, Enclosed, Mirror, Wooden/Rustic and Roamer Booths, Virtual Booths, Audio & Video Guestbooks. Experiences include stills, GIFs, FX videos, animated overlays, AI experiences, custom digital backdrops, Magazine Cover Experiences, printed keepsakes, The Final Spark (live glittered photos), The Signature Strut (motion runway), and The Memory Key (photo keychain keepsake).
We provide experiences for Weddings & Celebrations, Sports & Athletics, Nonprofit & Community Events, Brands & Corporate Events, Product Launches & Experiential Events, Scholastic & Educational Events
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak-season dates. Popular dates can book 6+ months in advance.
A 50% retainer is required to officially reserve your event date. Your date is not considered booked until the retainer and completed booking agreement have been received.
For weddings, including customized experiences, the remaining balance is due at least 30 days before your wedding date. For weddings booked within 20 days of the wedding date, expedited charges may apply for customizations requiring rush production or preparation. For classic wedding experiences with no customizations, the remaining balance may be finalized 1–2 weeks before your wedding date. Your specific payment schedule will be outlined in your booking agreement.
No. Stellar Z Event Rentals does not currently offer drop-off or self-service photo booth rentals. Every Stellar Z experience includes a professional attendant who manages the equipment, assists guests, and helps ensure the experience runs smoothly from start to finish. For larger events or experiences with higher guest volume, two attendants may be provided based on guest count, event flow, and the selected experience.
Adequate space helps us create the best possible guest experience, but Stellar Z can work within tight spaces—even when space is unapologetically minimal. Limited space may impact the overall functionality and experience compared with what could be achieved in a larger area. We will always maximize the available space while maintaining safety and quality. Access to a standard electrical outlet is required. We supply our own power and Wi-Fi, but require access to the venue’s Wi-Fi as a backup if our connection is limited. Exact requirements vary by experience.
Outdoor events may be accommodated depending on the equipment, weather conditions, location, and available setup area. Equipment must be protected from direct rain, extreme weather, and unsafe conditions.
Cancellation terms are outlined in your booking agreement. Because your retainer reserves your date and prevents us from accepting another event for that time, the retainer is subject to the terms stated in your agreement.
Yes! While our primary service area includes Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the DMV/DC area, and select areas of New York, Stellar Z Event Rentals also offers nationwide services. We understand that Stellar Z has become a favorite among our clients, and we frequently hear from brides who live outside our primary service area but still want the Stellar Z experience for their wedding. For that reason, we’re happy to travel beyond our local footprint to bring our elevated experiences to celebrations across the country. Travel fees and additional logistics may apply based on event location.
