She took so much stress off my plate!
Brooks Floral was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We found them through our venue’s recommended vendor list, and from our very first pre-contract call, I knew we were in great hands. Kaitlin was incredibly patient with all of our questions, INSANELY knowledgeable, and was giving us thoughtful suggestions and advice before we had even hired her. After booking, she sent us the sweetest welcome package with so many thoughtful little touches. It immediately made us feel like we were more than just another contract to her. Throughout our design calls, I honestly felt like Kaitlin could read my mind. I was so stressed about trying to communicate what I wanted our flowers to look like because all I could really do was send inspiration pictures, but she understood exactly what I was envisioning with very little explanation. She took so much stress off my plate, and I will forever be grateful for that! Kaitlin was always available for questions, communicated everything so thoroughly, and even helped us navigate some crazy family situations along the way. We were never left wondering about anything and, most importantly, she never gave us a reason to worry. On our wedding day, Kaitlin and Caroline arrived and immediately hit the ground running. We had all the basics, from detail flowers and memory flowers to bouquets, boutonnieres, toss petals, centerpieces, endless bud vases, and ceremony arrangements, which they helped repurpose to our sweetheart table and fireplace. I truly cannot thank these two enough for everything they did for us before, during, and after our wedding. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful, but what I’ll remember most is how cared for and confident they made me feel throughout the entire process. Kaitlin genuinely became one of my favorite people to come out of wedding planning, and I cannot recommend Brooks Floral enough!

Kaitlin is Amazing!
Kaitlin did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job with the florals for my wedding! It's like she saw directly into my brain and made my vision come to life, plus some. Every guest at the wedding complimented how beautiful the flowers were, and she was amazing at working within my budget and re-purposing arrangements throughout the day. She also offered a service where she came back at the end of the night to create bouquets of the flowers for guests to take home so nothing went to waste. I would recommend Kaitlin as an incredible florist and person 100%!! (Photos by Sarah E Photography)
