My design style is romantic, intentional, and a little unexpected. I love working with movement, texture, unique color palettes, and statement installations to create florals that feel personal to each couple rather than simply following a trend. As a local private studio, I’m able to give each wedding a truly personal experience. I have a heavy background in production and set design - along with a decade of experience in Hawai’i I really just enjoy creating. I am a solo Mama, retired from the Army and the company is named after my Daughter. 🌺 I specialize in tropicals + lei but welcome all style designs

What Makes Me Different I think what makes Daisi & Company different starts with me. I didn’t build this business because I simply wanted to be a florist. I genuinely care about the experience I create- not just how the flowers look. I want my couples to feel heard, supported, and confident that someone truly has their back. I take a lot of pride in showing up, figuring things out, solving problems, and doing whatever I can to make the final result something they are proud of & I think you can feel that in the work.

She Does it All!!!
When I found out that Ryleigh, someone I've known since our military days, had started DAISI & COMPANY, I knew she had to be part of our wedding. She took on all the florals and day-of coordination without hesitation, and she showed up for us in every way. Ryleigh met with us several times and spent hours on the phone working through every detail before the big day arrived. What really stood out was how she tackled problems before we even knew they existed and kept the venue on track to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her flowers were stunning and felt completely personal to us, and the quality was top-notch. I'm so grateful to have had Ryleigh beside us on our special day.

Ryleigh absolutely exceeded my expectations. We originally hired her only as our florist and she went above and beyond to make sure it was everything I wanted. Even then, I truly could have never imagined how beautiful they would be in the end. The compliments were endless and I will remember this for the rest of my life. I’m so happy we chose her! On top of florals, I decided last minute that I needed help coordinating for the day of. She jumped right in with very little notice and helped immensely with venue communication, organizing guests, telling us what we needed to do etc. we had a very small wedding yet I could not have imagined the day without her help. She killed it in all aspects and helped make my wedding day PERFECT. 🤍

Working with Ryleigh was an absolute dream. She took the time to really understand my vision, even though I’m across the country in Minneapolis. What struck me most was how easy she made the whole process — no pressure, just genuine enthusiasm for creating something beautiful. She’s clearly talented at what she does, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her work. If you want flowers that actually reflect what you’re imagining, this is your person. Already can’t wait to work with her again.
