As a wedding planner, I am always intentional about the vendors I recommend to my couples, and Crystal of Empower Weddings is truly one to watch. Her eye for design, attention to detail, and ability to bring my couples vision to life was impressive. From our collaboration, it was clear that she understood how florals elevate the entire wedding experience, not just the space but the emotion of the day. She was professional, creative, and genuinely cared about delivering a beautiful result. Crystal and her team at Empower Weddings were absolutely wonderful to work with. I hired Crystal to help execute my daughter’s bridal shower, and she truly allowed me to enjoy the day instead of worrying about all the details behind the scenes. I cannot imagine going through this season of life without having Crystal Dailey by our side !!! We were 45 days out from our wedding, with no planner and a lot of loose ends. I was so overwhelmed by all of the decisions that I ended up procrastinating every little thing. The same day we emailed Empower Weddings, we got a Zoom call set up with Crystal (who would literally become my new best friend !!). We got to know Crystal as she shared with us the very detailed and concise expectations we should have if we chose to work with her. It was a no-brainer. We knew that with Crystal on our side, we would be in the BEST hands. From start to finish, Crystal was professional, extremely detail-oriented, efficient, and a leader. Beyond her professional qualities as our planner, we also got the caring and loving Crystal, too. She made what felt like a stressful process feel like it was just all going to work out. I felt like the pressure was lifted off my shoulders. Crystal took care of us like we were family, and we couldn’t have been luckier to have her with us. My only regret is not emailing Empower Weddings sooner. If I had known that I didn’t have to do it all alone, and that Crystal would be there to help us put it all together, I wish I would have had her in our lives sooner !!! Oh, and I can’t forget about Aisha, Crystal’s day-of assistant !!! We got to spend our wedding day with her, and she brought the same professional energy and charisma. I felt like I had known her my whole life. All day, we just had fun, and I feel so blessed for that. Crystal may no longer be getting contracts and questions from me, but she is definitely stuck with us !!! <3
