Welcome! So glad you found me. I’m Stacy, owner and design lead of Ethos Floral Events. I truly love flowers and the implementaion that comes from designing with florals and fauna. Helping clients choose florals, curating thoughtful elements for their wedding day while maintaining sustainable practices is at the soul center of my business. We serve the central Virginia area, NC and beyond. Richmond, Charlottesville & the Shenandoah Valley.

I care. I care about the end product being the joy that my thoughtful designs bring you. How you feel seeing and being around your wedding flowers. I have an extensive background in photography and design which compositionally translates to artful florals. I push myself for unique designs for all of my clients.     The absolute best

    Stacy is truly a gem. My wedding would not have been the same without her. From the beginning, she was so warm and really listened to what I was looking for. My ideas were a bit unique, and while other florists I met with seemed a bit unsure or tried to steer me in a more conventional direction, Stacy was all in and really made me feel like she understood my vision. She worked within my budget to get me what I wanted, and BOY did she deliver!! We got so many compliments and I am so in love with how it all came out. She is kind, easy to work with, and above all a true artist. I cannot recommend her enough.

    Amazing florist!!!

    As a wedding planner it is always nice to have true professionals that you can trust to do their part to make the occasion everything your clients dreamed it would be.     Stunning Designs

    Our wedding was a few weeks ago, and we still have guests raving to us about how beautiful our florals were (and we agree wholeheartedly). Stacy has such a special eye for color and design. We went into the planning experience with only vague ideas of what we wanted. After our consult call, we felt confident she was the one for us and would help guide us through the process. Her kindness, expertise, and excitement were what drew us in. We cannot wait to get our professional photos back so we can admire them again, and I even decided to have my bouquet pressed afterwards so we could preserve the day further. Our florals were easily one of our favorite parts of the day. We could not recommend her enough!

    Incredible Work and the Utmost Professionalism

    Ethos Floral Events was an absolute pleasure to work with at the Inn at Blackstone. Their communication is always succinct, positive, and prompt, which makes working with them a dream. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - their designs were luxurious, creative, beautiful, stylish, and classic. Stacy's eye for color and composition is unparalleled, and her friendly demeanor combined with an working ethic was amazing to work with. You will not regret choosing Ethos Floral Events for your next event - Stacy's gorgeous designs are a delight to experience.

While bouquets vary from client to client, I’m finding the average price range for our bouquets to be somewhere between $250-$400. With most falling at $300.
Typical range is $75- $120 for a collection of budvases. Low/lush design $150-$225. Elevated design $300-$500.
Altarscapes are the one area that is challenging to price without knowing a client’s vision. Having sample photos of expectations for your altar is always helpful. A healthy altar design ranges from $600 -$2500 with most of my clients coming in around $1000 for their altars.
Whenever possible, we source many of our specialty touches, seasonally, from local Virginia farms. I am also a direct from farm buyer ensuring the healthiest floral purchases for your wedding. You can expect exquisite florals from such countries as Ecuador, Colombia and Holland.
6 to 9 months out is pretty much normal. But we have handled last minute flowers, so don’t be deterred. Due to floral market/pricing fluctuations, we ask that you wait within that one year window before us discussing flowers. If you know you really want to work with us, we can always accept a retainer to hold your date for you.
I know times can be tough and I identify flowers to be a luxury item for plenty of couples. I am mindful of budgets with realistic expectations. I will always do my best to exceed your expectations while offering up artful alternatives maintaining impactful event florals.
