I founded Elegant Rose Events because I believe marriage is more than a celebration. It is the sacred union of two becoming one, a moment deserving of care, honor, and protection. I entered this industry to be a shepherd of love, someone who not only brings a couple's vision to life but safeguards the moments that matter most. Above all, I deeply care. I care about your story, your families, and the love that brought you together. I take pride in being your advocate, your support system, and someone you can wholeheartedly trust with such a meaningful day. My greatest honor is giving you the freedom to release the details, embrace one another, and cherish every moment of a celebration as special as your love.

With years of experience and working in over 200 weddings alongside planners, caterers, and event professionals, I've learned what makes a wedding truly special. But my calling became clear while attending a wedding as a guest, watching things go wrong and wishing I could step in to help. I knew then that this was where I belonged. Organization and attention to detail come naturally to me, but what sets me apart is how deeply I care. I don't just manage details; I protect the love, time, and thought behind them. Every couple deserves someone in their corner who cares as much about their wedding as they do.

From your first idea to your final dance, we're with you every step of the way! Our Full-Service Planning package includes wedding design, venue and vendor sourcing, budget management, floor plans, rentals, stationery guidance, guest experience planning, multiple events, décor setup, and wedding weekend management. We'll handle the details, protect your vision, and create a celebration that beautifully reflects your love story.

You've started planning your dream wedding. Let us help you bring it all together! Our Partial Planning package includes vendor sourcing, contract review, budget and design assistance, rental guidance, planning meetings, timeline creation, vendor communication, rehearsal coordination, and wedding-day management. We'll guide you through the remaining decisions and protect every detail so you can enjoy your celebration!

You've planned your dream wedding, now let us bring it all together! Our Day-Of Wedding Management package includes a final planning meeting, customized timeline, vendor communication and confirmations, rehearsal, ceremony and reception coordination, setup and breakdown oversight, an emergency kit, and up to two planners. We'll manage the details, handle the unexpected, and protect your plans so you can be fully present for every moment.

Elopement / Ceremony-Only Coordination- $800 Microwedding Coordination -Starting at $1,050 One on-site coordinator is included. If additional staffing or setup assistance is required, assistant labor is billed at $35 per hour, per assistant.

    Amazing!!

    Elegant Rose Events made our wedding day run smoothly from start to finish. Erin was always quick to respond to our questions and gave us clear answers that helped us feel confident in our decisions. On the day of the wedding, she went above and beyond—when my dress needed alterations, she grabbed a needle and thread without hesitation.     Amazing Service

    We hired Erin as coordinator for our micro wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure our day went as smooth as possible.     She Truly Made Our Day Perfect!

    Our wedding was absolutely perfect because of Erin! She made our wedding day feel so peaceful and stress-free. Everything was set up beautifully and exactly how we wanted it, and she made sure everyone was where they needed to be and that everything stayed on schedule. What stood out the most was how professional and kind she was. She was able to keep everything organized and under control without ever being rude or making anyone feel uncomfortable. She handled everything so smoothly that we were able to actually relax and enjoy our wedding day. My family loved her just as much as we did!     Erin is so knowledgeable about all things events! She somehow foresees problems before they arise and already has a solution too. My wedding was over two years ago and I still have guests raving over her cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres. Not kidding. Absolutely! Elegant Rose Events offers additional planning services for celebrations such as bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and other wedding-related events. Services can be added to your existing package for an additional fee. With Full-Service Planning, all wedding-related events are included in your planning scope and priced at 10% of the total event budget, allowing me to support you throughout every part of your wedding journey!
Yes! As the owner and lead planner of Elegant Rose Events, I personally oversee every event and remain involved throughout the entire planning process. I also work alongside an incredible team of trusted professionals who help bring each vision to life and ensure every detail runs smoothly. You’ll always have me in your corner, supported by a dedicated team committed to making your celebration seamless and unforgettable!
Over the past five years, I’ve independently contracted and led nearly 200 weddings, alongside eight years of experience managing catering and event design, leading large teams, and bringing elaborate design concepts to life. Elegant Rose Events officially opened one year ago, and we’re proud to have celebrated five weddings under our own name! I specialize in thoughtful coordination, detailed planning, and beautiful event design. I’m so excited for this next chapter and look forward to growing alongside the amazing couples who trust me with their most meaningful moments!
