We are a local business based out of Santa Clara that specialize in full floral design but are able to help with even just bouquets, boutonnières, and small floral arrangements! I also help with event coordination during your big day!

While based in Santa Clara we are willing to travel throughout the entire Bay Area and even to Napa Valley, Paso Robles, San Louis Obispo, and more! I can help with event coordination the day of the event as well if needed.

    Wedding Planner with Heart & Flair

    Working with Vanda at Events in Bloom by Vanda was such a gift. Our backyard wedding was small but elegant, and honestly, we felt behind schedule for most of the planning process—but Vanda stayed patient and calm through it all. She noticed details we never would have and transformed our backyard into something truly ethereal. She executed our vision flawlessly and brought sophistication to every element. Vanda's communication felt personal and organized from start to finish, and we felt so taken care of throughout the whole experience. I'm grateful to have had her by our side on our special day.

We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services within the Bay Area, Central Valley, and SLO areas. We charge a delivery and set up fee depending on the distance. The price ranges from $100-$1000.
Consultations last about 1 hour but can take up to 2 for larger weddings or for more questions you may have. Please come prepared with details and inspiration for your wedding flowers. Also have an estimate of your budget and style of your wedding. This can include images of your venue, photos of your wedding attire, fabric swatches, your color palette, photos from social media, and more. The more ideas you provide, the better we can help and adjust to your budget and wants for your dream flowers! After your consultation, we will draw up an estimate with prices and email it to you.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but usually it is best to reach out between 4-6 months before your wedding day to be able to get everything you want and secure your date with us. We recommend having a few details figured out before you do if possible. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? With this information we can give you a more precise estimate of cost and materials needed for your special day!
Yes! After the estimate is signed and first payment is sent, we can provide a mockup, typically a table centerpiece. We prefer to create this between 30 and 60 days before the wedding to take into account seasonal flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due.
