Working with Harbour Bay Florist was such a smooth experience from start to finish. They were responsive to every question we had and made the planning process feel easy and stress-free. On our wedding day, the flowers were absolutely stunning and really brought our vision to life. The bouquets, centerpieces, and arrangements were even better in person than we imagined. We loved everything they created for us and would recommend them to any couple looking for a florist who cares about their work. Five stars!

Wedding

My bridal bouquet came out beautiful although small in comparison with other work I’ve seen them do, but there is a few things I was not happy with. First communication is not great, i had to reach out a few times to even get booked and throughout the planning process there were delays in communication as well. We had purchased florals for our photographer to use for detail shots and there were only 3 tiny rose heads. We had also purchased florals for our cake and again only 3 flowers and they stated they could not place florals on the cake the day of, although this seems like something they normally do. My sister in law booked with them and had a better experience than we did but she also purchased a lot more florals, not sure if you just need to buy more to have better service.

The quality of the flowers was impeccable; every arrangement looked lush, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. We received endless compliments from our guests all night. Melissa and Linda were incredible to work with, true lifesavers. They were responsive, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond, jumping through every hoop our venue required without hesitation. They made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free, which is priceless during wedding planning. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this flower company! They brought my wedding vision to life in the most beautiful way. The calla lilies they provided for our bouquets were absolutely stunning and were exactly what I had dreamed of for our special day. Every arrangement was elegant, timeless, and truly breathtaking.
