From celebrations with a full guest list to intimate micro-weddings, our team designs flowers with your setting, style, and priorities in mind. You don’t need a complete floral vision to get started. Bring your favorite photos, a few colors, or simply an idea of what you like, and we’ll guide you through flower selections and arrangements that complement your venue and create a cohesive design for your celebration.

At Sarasota Fleurs, we offer creative options to bring your wedding vision to life. We select seasonal blooms for their freshness, beauty, and value, and offer repurposing so your ceremony flowers can make an impression at your reception, too. Our premium real-touch artificial florals provide additional design possibilities with a beautifully natural appearance.

    Sarasota Fleurs was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and Alexandra is truly amazing at what she does! From the start, she was so easy to work with, super sweet, professional, and totally got my vision (even when I didn’t know exactly how to explain it :p ). The flowers were stunning, romantic, elegant, and just the perfect vibe for our day. She has such an eye for detail and created arrangements that seriously blew me away. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything looked! If you’re getting married in the Sarasota area and want someone who’s talented, reliable, and just genuinely great to work with, I 100% recommend Sarasota Fleurs.     Selby Gardens March 2026

    Our wedding at Selby Gardens turned out even better than I imagined. Alexandra brought my vision to life in the most beautiful way and made everything look exactly how I pictured it.     All I have to say is AMAZING! I didn't want to spend tons of money on flowers and she came to save the day. She worked with my budget. I showed her what I had in mind and she made it happen. The flowers were beautiful and colorful and looked very real indeed. She is super sweet and we stayed in communication the whole time about my ideas, even though I changed it three times..she didn't mind and worked with me to help achieve what I wanted for my wedding day. The flowers were truly beautiful and couldn't even tell they weren't real. Highly..Highly recommend hiring her to do your special event.

We start with a wedding questionnaire to understand your style, budget, and vision. After an initial consultation by phone, video, or in person, we provide a tailored estimate. We then create a detailed proposal with mood boards and digital mockups. A design fee is required for this step, which is applied toward your total wedding investment. Once you book, we check in at 6 and 2 months prior to your wedding, and our team delivers, styles, and arranges every detail on your wedding day.
