We were excited to work with Verde Custom Flowers for our wedding, but unfortunately our experience fell short of what we hoped for. The florist arrived over an hour late on the day of our wedding with no heads-up or apology, which threw off our timeline and added stress to an already busy morning. When they finally arrived, the arrangements didn't match what we had discussed during our consultations—we asked for romantic burgundy and blush tones, but instead received bright yellow flowers mixed in that we never agreed to. While the flowers themselves were pretty, they weren't accurate to our vision, and we couldn't help but notice that our bridesmaids' bouquets looked better than mine, which was disappointing. My bouquet was all white roses with 3 random brown flowers attached that did not match at all. We appreciated their design skills, but the lack of communication and attention to our specific requests made it hard to feel confident in our choice.
