    Will not give money back

    Planned, paid thousands of dollars, and received none of the services I paid for. On my wedding day, When In Bloom failed to deliver or set up the flowers and décor I had contracted and paid for. Despite repeated attempts to get answers and assurances that the flowers were coming, nothing arrived. After months of trying to recover the money for services that were never provided, I have received none of my payment back. I have now had to pursue the matter through the courts simply to try to recover what I paid.

    Our wedding

    When In Bloom went above and beyond for our wedding day. The owner showed up the night before and stayed in a hotel nearby so our bouquets would be delivered early to my bridal suite while my girls and I were getting ready with mimosas of course! Her team worked incredibly fast, and even though she was six months pregnant, she kept lifting, moving, and using a ladder without slowing down. When we arrived at the reception two hours early for photos, the room was already almost done and looked stunning with their colorful, vibrant designs. My vision was bright colors everywhere. They were so thoughtful about asking permission to post our photos, and their kindness meant so much that my husband insisted they all stay to eat, dance, and celebrate with us. We loved them so much that my boss and my husband's cousin both booked them after seeing our wedding!

    Beautiful

    When In Bloom made the whole flower process feel easy from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable about what would work best for our wedding day and answered every question we had without making us feel rushed. They understood our vision and brought it to life in ways we didn't even expect. Our bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony arrangements were absolutely stunning and held up beautifully throughout the night. The flowers added so much to the overall look and feel of our celebration, and we couldn't have asked for better service.     My Review

    My husband and I worked with Amanda at When In Bloom to plan our flowers, and it was worth every minute. I knew I wanted an all-white palette, and Amanda really listened to what I envisioned. She designed trumpet centerpieces with white roses, ranunculus, and hydrangeas paired with hanging greenery that looked absolutely stunning. Amanda was thorough and talented, and she got exactly what we were going for while staying within our budget. Our wedding day felt like walking into a vision in white, and I'm so glad we chose When In Bloom for the job.

    Josh and I found When In Bloom on Instagram and reached out about our June 2026 wedding. Amanda answered right away and we connected over the phone and FaceTime, even doing a live mockup of one of our larger centerpieces so we could see exactly what we wanted. From that moment, we knew we'd made the right choice. Over almost a year of planning, Amanda worked through every detail with us for our 250-guest wedding and 16-person wedding party, never rushing us or cutting corners. On our wedding day, flowers and candles were everywhere—from the pavilion decorated with garland and drapery to our sweetheart table lined with arrangements of all sizes, and she even created a stunning display at the fireplace behind us with leftover flowers we didn't expect. When In Bloom made our day beautiful, brought color and personality to our photos, and we couldn't be happier we chose them.
