    Beautiful

    When In Bloom made the whole flower process feel easy from start to finish. The team was knowledgeable about what would work best for our wedding day and answered every question we had without making us feel rushed. They understood our vision and brought it to life in ways we didn't even expect. Our bouquets, centerpieces, and ceremony arrangements were absolutely stunning and held up beautifully throughout the night.     Josh and I found When In Bloom on Instagram and reached out about our June 2026 wedding. Amanda answered right away and we connected over the phone and FaceTime, even doing a live mockup of one of our larger centerpieces so we could see exactly what we wanted. From that moment, we knew we'd made the right choice. Over almost a year of planning, Amanda worked through every detail with us for our 250-guest wedding and 16-person wedding party, never rushing us or cutting corners. On our wedding day, flowers and candles were everywhere—from the pavilion decorated with garland and drapery to our sweetheart table lined with arrangements of all sizes, and she even created a stunning display at the fireplace behind us with leftover flowers we didn't expect. When In Bloom made our day beautiful, brought color and personality to our photos, and we couldn't be happier we chose them.

    Thanks When In Bloom!

    We chose When In Bloom for our flowers and I'm so glad we did. I don't know anything about flowers, but Amanda walked me through every step without making me feel rushed or confused. She spent real time understanding what I wanted and even introduced me to flowers I'd never seen before. My arch turned out gorgeous with the hydrangeas she picked, and my bouquet looked exactly like the photo I showed her—unique and not the typical round shape. Amanda also helped us save money by using the ceremony flowers for our sweetheart table, which was so thoughtful. From my husband's boutonniere sleeve that slipped into his pocket to the final details, everything was beautiful and made our day feel special.

    Scam

    We had a concerning experience with When In Bloom during our wedding planning process. While the owner was friendly on the phone, we were uncomfortable with how aggressively she pushed for payment through multiple methods and repeatedly contacted us via text and calls even while we were at work. Red flags appeared when she demanded payment upfront before we had even finalized details or seen examples of her work. We received a scam alert before completing any transaction, which made us decide to look elsewhere for our florist. We ultimately chose a different vendor and never used When In Bloom's services. Based on our interactions, we have concerns about their business practices and would recommend other couples proceed with caution.
