Sara is the founder and creative artist behind Bonita Brides. She is makeup artist straight out of the hill country, raised in San Antonio Texas. Her expertise, passion and work ethic keeps her at the top of her game. Sara's style is fresh and beautiful; always seeing the true beauty in whomever is sitting in her chair, she makes it her constant goal to only enhance what is already there and revels in the immediate gratification of a talent that comes so easy to her, but makes people so happy and confident. Sara is a Texas native and resides in Austin with her husband, son, dog, 2 cats and 7 chickens!

    Bonita Brides for the WIN!

    Our Bonita Brides team was absolutely incredible! They made me feel and look flawless on my wedding day, and I could not have asked for a better team to spend the morning with. Rainey, Mack, and Amanda were incredible additions to our wedding team. They were on top of everything, stayed on schedule, were so friendly, and completely receptive to feedback. They worked so well together, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. On top of doing an amazing job, they were just SO much fun to get ready with. They made the morning feel relaxed, fun, and honestly even more special than I could have imagined. I felt beautiful, confident, and completely taken care of. I would recommend Bonita Brides to anyone getting married. As a bride who did not want to do a trial, they knocked it out of the park on the day of and I cant imagine any other look on my big day!

    I truly felt like a beautiful bride!

    Bonita Brides made me feel like a queen on my big day! Brittany and Natalie delivered exactly what I envisioned—soft glam and a tight bun, despite my extra long/thick hair. Sarah did a great job matching me with these stylists to achieve my vision. My bridesmaids couldn't stop raving about their expertise and how gorgeous everyone looked. The whole process was efficient and seamless, which meant we could focus on enjoying the day instead of worrying about hair and makeup. Bonita Brides went above and beyond to make sure we felt beautiful and confident, plus the makeup lasted all night even despite all of the tears! I can't recommend them enough.

    Hire Bonita Brides!!

    They were very communicative and detail-oriented, making my wedding day a breeze! I only had myself, 2 bridesmaids, and my mom get services but the amount of timing and logistics that goes into the day is so much, and Bonita Brides had the perfect schedule and planning for us. They also gave me my dream hair and makeup. I will recommend them to all my friends on their wedding days!
