Stunning and withstood an outdoor wedding!

Bridgett helped me so much on my wedding day, I couldn’t recommend her enough! I needed a look that still felt like ‘me’ but would also withstand the weather (rain and heat!) and she did just that. I didn’t need a top-up all day, and I felt bridal and pretty even in my evening photos, thank you so much!!

I had hair and makeup done by Lila for family photos, and I cannot recommend her and Briar & Bleu enough! She made me feel like a princess and was incredibly talented, professional, and so fun to talk to. My hair and makeup lasted amazingly despite the intense heat and humidity. Lila truly helped me feel beautiful and confident, and I’m so grateful for her amazing work!

Bridgette did my makeup this weekend and she is AMAZING! She is amazing at what she does but is also so personable and sweet! My makeup stayed flawless all night long, even in the humidity!

My objective was to simply treat myself to having my makeup done for a wedding I was attending, as a guest only, and NOT the bride. I made it clear that I was older, and was looking for a very natural look. I made innumerable inquiries by phone, trying to find someone who understood my intent. My conversation with Linda Burton, owner of the studio, stood out above and beyond all the rest, as she was extremely professional, yet very personable and understanding of exactly what I was looking for. She was so friendly and relaxed, yet focused and deliberate while she worked her magic. The beautiful end result was that I still felt that I looked like myself, but yet glamorous in a natural way! It was such a treat and a luxury to have this experience. And the exciting news is that she has a brand-new studio on Hilton Head Island!
