Hi Naomi-unfortunately your review does not accurately reflect what actually occurred on the wedding day. You stated that you “opted out” of services due to being unhappy with your bridesmaids’ makeup; however, this does not align with the timeline you disrespected or prior communication that we have records of. You expressed that you loved your trial, which clearly shows you had already experienced our makeup work prior to day of, so that wouldn’t even make sense to “see the work of bridesmaids and opt out” when you already had a trial you “loved”. The truth is- On the day of your wedding, the contracted start time was 9:00 AM, we arrived early at 8:40AM, and fully prepared to accommodate your entire party., letting you know we were all setup and on site. Unfortunately, your bridal party did not begin arriving until nearly three hours later, including yourself which was a complete disregard to our contracted agreement . You may not know this but they all told us it was because you were all hungover from the night before and instructed them it was ok to come late, completely disrespecting and disregarding our timeline day of. We had 3 hrs of idle time due to your negligence . Your 5pm wedding, was actually a 4pm wedding, and your desired finish time that you gave us for day of was 1:30pm. A 9am start time is right on par with what it needed to be, unfortunately you did not care. Additionally, we were not informed in advance that you had to leave at 1:00 PM for travel related to your dress, that you failed to pick up prior to day of, which significantly impacted the already delayed schedule. You expected us to wait an additional 2-3 hrs until you came back from picking that up. Again, absurd. Due to the substantial delay and lack of communication on your part, it became impossible to complete the agreed-upon services within the remaining timeframe. Our team had already reserved the time contracted for your event, and also honored an absurd grace time for you, we cannot reasonably extend or rearrange our entire schedule when the contracted start time is not honored or taken seriously by someone like yourself. Contracts are in place for situations like yours . We take great pride in our professionalism, time management, and the quality of our work, and we always strive to provide the best experience possible. However, respecting scheduled timelines and clear communication are essential for us to deliver that experience. Best wishes.
