Although she was very nice and pleasant to work with on a personal level, unfortunately, our experience with her as a wedding planner was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly caution other couples before trusting her with their special day. We spent months carefully planning every detail of our reception, especially the seating arrangements. We provided detailed seating charts, ballroom diagrams, and clear instructions, and she personally confirmed she would handle everything. When we entered the reception, we were shocked to find the seating arrangements completely wrong. Guests assigned to the very last table (table #15) were seated at one of the estate table in front, specifically reserved for the bride’s family and closest friends, while those closest to us were placed at the back of the ballroom! Months of thoughtful planning were essentially disregarded. Even worse, several guests’ name cards were never placed. We had carefully designed each card with a specific symbol indicating the guest’s preselected meal, allowing the venue to serve everyone seamlessly without having to ask. Because these cards were missing, the venue staff had to approach guests individually to confirm their meal selections, creating unnecessary confusion and making what should have been a beautifully organized reception feel incredibly unprofessional. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only issue. Without consulting us, she delayed the room flip simply because she had “heard” we wanted to take pictures. This decision put our reception approximately 45 minutes behind schedule. Rather than communicating with us beforehand, she later came into the bridal suite, stressing me out about how we were running out of time!! There were also times during the wedding when we desperately needed to reach her, only to discover she had left her phone in the bridal suite, leaving us with no way to contact our own wedding coordinator. We hired a “professional” planner to manage these details, keep everything on schedule, and allow us to enjoy our wedding without unnecessary stress. Instead, we experienced the exact opposite. These weren’t minor details. They were fundamental responsibilities that we had clearly communicated and trusted her to handle. To make matters worse, I reached out afterward to express my concerns and request a refund, and three days later, I still haven’t received a response. Your wedding day is something you can never redo. I genuinely hope other couples don’t have to experience the disappointment, unnecessary stress, and frustration we did, especially after putting so much time, effort, money, and trust into planning such an important day.

From the start, Stellar Events by SGP made planning our wedding stress-free with clear communication and quick responses to every question we had. The day before our wedding, my husband's barber appointment went sideways, but their team jumped into action and found a solution that turned the mishap into something special—the groomsmen wore hats and they added hints of a sports theme that fit us perfectly. What impressed us most was how they handled the problem without missing a beat, and honestly, no one even knew it was a last-minute fix. The quality of their work exceeded what we paid for, and the results were outstanding. We've used them for other events since our wedding because their focus on customer experience and attention to detail is unmatched.
