I’ve had a wonderful experience with Nicki both at her salon and on a wedding day. She is kind, professional, and incredibly talented. I loved my hairstyle at the salon, and her work on the wedding day was just as beautiful. She truly goes above and beyond, and I highly recommend her

A nightmare
One star is too generous. I booked the owner Nicki and her crew for my wedding day and what a disastrous nightmare. We agreed on beginning hair and makeup at a certain time and what does she do? Be almost 2 hours late with the excuse of “traffic” (only coming to Rockland from Yonkers). Nicki completely dodged speaking with me and only communicated with my wedding coordinator that she would be late. I tried calling her numerous times to see just how late late was and she ignored all 3 of my calls- only to TEXT ME and say “I’m driving I can’t talk” When she arrived an hour and 45min late, she was completely unapologetic and disrespectful to my parents house- moving things around like she owned the place and demanding things. All she kept saying was “I got you” when yet she had nothing under control. The hairstyle she did for me, my mother and my other bridesmaids was so horribly done and rushed- she did a way better job on my hair and makeup trial than she did for me on my actual wedding day, the opposite of how it should be. My wedding coordinator was the one fixing my hair for me and hiding very visible bobby pins. If my wedding coordinator didn’t by some miracle get another makeup artist to come and do makeup for my mother and my other bridesmaid, I would’ve been 2 hours late for my own wedding photos. Because of this unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, dismissive woman, I missed out on all of my getting ready photos, as the photographer had to leave to go photograph my husband and his bridal party instead because no one was close to ready on my end. I now have no photos of my mother helping me get into my wedding dress because of her lateness throwing off my entire wedding day timeline. She offered only 100 off the final price when yet she did not even complete the job fully. As a bride, this was one of my worst nightmares come true. Don’t ever book Nicki for anything of importance.

Amazing Hair and Make up!
Eden Touch was an amazing choice for our wedding beauty needs. Her communication was prompt and friendly, putting us at ease throughout the process. The quality of her work was truly exceptional. Nicki was incredible, knowing exactly what I wanted and delivered flawless hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids. She used high-quality products that left us all looking and feeling our best. Eden Touch was also very punctual, arriving on time for the trial and on the wedding day. The value they provided was incredible given the outstanding results. I highly recommend Eden Touch for any couple's wedding beauty needs.

Convenient and experienced
Nicki was very experienced, and had great recommendations at my trial. Although there was a miscommunication (use on platform, not multiple!), everything worked out on the day of, and I loved my braided updo.
