Hello, my name is Michelle Tomlinson, owner and hairstylist of Michelle Anne Hair Design. Michelle Anne Hair Design is an on-location wedding hair styling company. Based in Sunderland, Massachusetts, my network of stylists and I travel New England bringing the luxury of personal styling to you.

We provide a luxury concierge hairstyling service in the comfort of your venue's bridal suite or accommodations. Focusing solely on the wedding industry, we are immersed in the process from the first inquiry to the day of styling. I have been licensed for 14 years and am an expert in bridal styling. I work with select makeup artists that I have many years experience with and I am happy to refer them upon reserving my services. I am also happy to work with an artist you prefer.

    Amazing!!!

    Michelle and Heather did the hair for my wedding and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They did me and 5 bridesmaids with varying hair lengths, textures, styles, and preferences and nailed every single one! They were so nice and easy to work with and Michelle really took the time during my hair trial to make sure I got my dream hair for my wedding. I highly recommend Michelle and her team for any event!! Best hair day of my life and it lasted all night through dancing!

    Amazing Wedding Hair!!!

    Finding a hair stylist for an out of state wedding was probably one of the larger challenges my wife and I had when planning our recent wedding. It felt like I searched for weeks, and was becoming frantic. Finally, we booked our makeup artist, and Michelle was one of her recommendations. It felt like we found the holy grail. Michelle is a fantastically talented hair stylist, and wonderful person. She worked magic on my hair, and brought my inspiration to life in a way that was both elegant and ethereal. And even though my wife’s hair is short and needed little styling - just some control and shaping - Michelle took the same level of care. She was so easy to work with, and was very thorough at the trial, which put my nerves to ease. She’s quite literally like a sculptor with hair, and it was amazing to watch her work. We had 7 people getting their hair done - 2 brides, 2 bridesmaids, 2 flowergirls, and a guest - and she took care with each one, and everyone’s hair came out beautifully. We’re beyond grateful to have had Michelle as a part of our special day!
