Skyla Arts by Elizabeth Chang is located in Mountain View/Bay Area and provides professional makeup & hair services. We are a team of makeup & hair, specializing in all media (film, live events, photography, red carpet) based in the South Bay/Peninsula, but will travel and service Carmel Valley, Napa to Healdsburg, Sacramento and Livermore.

Skyla Arts is now an Artist Management consultancy, continuing the excellence of bringing premier luxury bridal & events makeup & hair services, from Heart of Silicon Valley & beautiful Northern California, serving California and Domestic Destination clients, as well as focusing on international clients as well. Established by Liz Chang in 2009, we have expanded into a fully operating Bridal Makeup & Hair Artist Agency in 2013-2014 season, and we currently represent First-Generation Immigrant & BIPOC & Artists.
