    they do not stick to the contract and overcharge!!

    I used their service for my wedding in NJ 9/2026. From even before the trial I told them where the wedding was, and they told me travel to that location would be 50. When they sent the contract, it said 100 for travel. They never said this to me just put that into the contract. On the day of my wedding, my cousin venmoed them for the group, and they told her it would be 200 for travel. I brought this up to them after the wedding when I found out they charged her that, and her response was "the contract should have said 100 a stylist." This was never told to me, was not in the contract, and I never agreed to this. She also said “we could have charged 300 for the travel.” So be careful, they might charge you 300 for travel and try to convince u it’s reasonable- even if the contract says 50 or 100. Don't hire them if you want a team that sticks to the contract. They'll charge you for what the contract "should have" said.  Also, hair and makeup went over time by about 1.5 hours despite them choosing the timing and the number of stylists that they would send- which clearly wasn't enough stylists for my group. They only sent one person for hair and one for makeup despite knowing we had 7 girls for hair, and very obviously should’ve have sent another person. This delayed photos significantly, made us remove a second location for pictures, and overall was extremely stressful for my wedding day.  Overall, hire a more professional business. I’m sure you can find a better option in NJ. This is not a trustworthy place, contracts don’t matter to them. Look elsewhere!!

    Wedding hair and makeup review

    I enjoyed working with team hair and beauty and would recommend them for your wedding! It was sometimes difficult to get ahold of them via email, but overall I had very pleasant interactions. They did a beautiful job on everyone’s makeup and hair and I felt that they were able to pull off the vision I wanted. The makeup did not feel heavy and had a classy look to it. There is a 100 deposit that does not go towards your final payment so just be aware it’s a little more than advertised. It was also a little pricey overall for both myself and bridesmaids, especially with the gratuity that they tack onto your total. I appreciated that they were flexible with the start time and location of where we got ready. I would recommend Team Hair and Beauty for your makeup needs!

    Beautiful work.

    Jennifer and the Team Beauty team were wonderful to work with for my wedding day hair and makeup. Jennifer is well-spoken and had clear, efficient communication with me throughout the process. She and the team understood the look I was trying to achieve and executed it perfectly. They really took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure my hair and makeup were done to perfection, suiting my face shape beautifully. The team was so kind, helpful, and professional, making the experience much less stressful. I would highly recommend Team Beauty for any special occasion - they were simply amazing!

    The Best Hair & Makeup Team

    I was absolutely thrilled with my hair & makeup for my wedding day. Jen & Donna did an incredible job!!! They were very efficient, created different styles for each of my bridesmaids and fun to work with. I would definitely recommend Jen & Donna for all future events.
