Our booking system does not confirm a specific glam start time at the time of booking. Instead, clients provide their desired completion time, and our team creates a customized beauty timeline by working backward from that time based on the number of services booked. This process is clearly explained during booking and outlined in our policies, which you reviewed and signed to acknowledge your understanding. Your customized timeline was sent just two days after booking, approximately two months before your wedding. We also sent weekly reminders asking you to review your schedule and share it with your wedding coordinator and photographer to ensure it aligned with your overall wedding-day plans. Our records confirm that the timeline and booking details were accessed multiple times, and additional participants were added to your schedule. However, no concerns or requests to adjust the timeline were communicated until approximately 10 PM the evening before your wedding. We understand how busy wedding planning can be, which is why we provide timelines well in advance and encourage open communication throughout the planning process. Even with this extremely short notice, after business hours, and severe weather conditions affecting California, our team made every effort to accommodate your request and arrange an earlier arrival. We also acknowledge that your services extended approximately 20 minutes beyond the scheduled completion time. We sincerely apologized for this delay and offered 50% off a future glam session as a gesture of goodwill. We recognize that wedding-day timing is incredibly important, and we take that responsibility seriously. Regarding your conversation with management, we are sorry that you felt your concerns were dismissed. That was never our intention. Our goal was to provide context regarding the unexpected challenges our team navigated while still making every effort to fulfill our commitment to your wedding.
