Dear Ashkan and Courtney, This email is to address your concerns regarding our recent decision and to clarify the terms of our agreement. As discussed during our initial consultation, a trial run is intended as an opportunity for feedback and refinement. We provided ample time for a trial to be scheduled prior to the execution of the contract; however, you chose to secure your wedding date and specific services first. Our records indicate that following the trial—which we accommodated on short notice and during which Courtney expressed satisfaction with the results—you requested to reduce the number of contracted services. While we offered two complimentary follow-up trials with a different artist to address your concerns, the continued request to reduce the service count constitutes a breach of our signed agreement. Consequently, we have processed a refund of your deposit and canceled the contract. We recommend securing a final service count and completing trials before booking future vendors to ensure your expectations are met.
