A Day in the Life Photos

Less Posing, More Living

In March of 2016, A Day in the Life Photos was born. Since then, we've been fortunate to connect with so many wonderful people who have shown us the true meaning of community. We've built friendships that enrich our lives and make this new place feel like home. As our business flourishes, we're eager to embrace new experiences and share them with the amazing people we've met and those we've yet to discover – individuals who, like us, appreciate the beauty and wonder that life has to offer.

Every wedding needs a photographer but not every photographer is right for your wedding. Our couples trust us to capture the unique story of their wedding day as it unfolds, with all of it's beautiful imperfections. We are there, not to overwhelm you with photos but be along side you throughout the day while you enjoy the company of your loved ones capturing your smiles, laughter and tears.

    Feels like family!

    Mitzi and Andrew are warm, family oriented people! They made my relatives, close friends, and family feel comfortable and captured amazing candids (which were so important to us). I felt supported on my day! I knew I was in good hands and didn't have to worry :) Thank you so much!

    If you want stunning photos you’ll cherish for years to come, you must hire Andrew & Mitzi. They were communicative and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. As a host, it was such a relief to know that every special moment was being captured perfectly without me having to give it a second thought. I'm so thankful that I got to work with them, and can't wait to hire them again in the future!

    A Day in the Life photographers (Andrew and Mitzi) did an absolutely incredible job of capturing very special moments at a recent graduation party for our youngest son. They were able to capture candid moments in a very unintrusive manner. They are very genuine and caring and took the time to speak to me a week before the event to make sure they knew exactly what we were planning and to make sure they knew what we had in mind. The gallery of photos they sent us are absolutely incredible. They were able to capture the festive and happy mood of the day with their beautiful photos!     Andrew and Mitzi were incredible to work with. They made our whole family feel comfortable and have a great time while taking pictures, which is a tall task for a 2 year old (who was sick) and 5 month old. We are SO happy with how they came out and would highly recommend to anyone to use!!

Typically, couples book me about 3-6 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Definitely. All final images will be gently edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness while maintaining a natural and cohesive tone.
Yes, we have partnerships with talented videographers that can create cinematic wedding films. We work together seamlessly on your wedding day so you get the best of both services.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also request a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints easily from your personalized online gallery.
You can expect about 50 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies from wedding, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and we'll make sure it meets their requirements.
In 10 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
