I’m a wedding and lifestyle photographer based in Connecticut and New York with a second home in California, documenting celebrations on both digital and film. I capture moments that feel alive: honest, emotional, and deeply meaningful. While I love beautifully decorated weddings, I’m equally passionate about photographing celebrations that are simple, imperfect, and real.

What sets me apart is how deeply I pay attention. I’m naturally sensitive to the emotional rhythm of a wedding day, noticing the subtle glances, changing expressions, quiet interactions, and fleeting moments that can easily go unseen. I come into every wedding with the heart of your best friend rather than someone simply observing from the outside. My approach blends documentary storytelling with gentle guidance: I step back during the real, unscripted moments, and offer just enough direction during portraits so you feel comfortable and natural. Because at the end of the day, it’s your love, not perfection, that deserves to be remembered.

    Callie makes everything easy

    We felt confident in our choice to hire Callie from our first encounter with her. She was clear about what to expect and agreed to a video call to clarify details. On our wedding day, Callie showed up on time and kept everything running smoothly while still making us feel relaxed and comfortable. She came up with creative shot ideas that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves, and even lent me a veil when we wanted to try a different look for some photos. Her work captured all the joy and emotion of our day without feeling stiff or forced.     Highly recommend

    I first came across her work through a friend’s photos and instantly fell in love with her editing style. That’s what made us book our city hall ceremony session with her. She was patient, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The final gallery was everything we envisioned and more.     Wouldn't have wanted it any other way!

    We were thrilled to work with Callie for our wedding day. From the start, she was communicative about coordinating our arrival times. Then, she took advantage of every moment of down time during our city hall wedding to find more angles, different lighting, unique poses, seizing each opportunity to make the day as memorable as possible. At times when we were unsure of how to pose (most of the time!), she would design poses for us, but she was very flexible with specific shots and constraints that we had. In the end, she walked with us in very hot weather with her two cameras (and bag, including a Polaroid!) for longer than her contracted time, not resting unless we wanted, and not calling it quits until we were done. She was attentive yet unobtrusive on our special day, giving us memories to cherish for a lifetime ahead! Highly recommend working with Callie. P.S. - We found that she likes taking Dutch angles quite a lot (not exclusively, but maybe somewhere around half?). We loved how those photos turned out (the spontaneity!), but if you prefer a more traditional shot, she both gave us plenty of those as well and seems like she would be open to accommodating :)

Yes! For an intimate wedding like a city hall wedding, I can shoot both digital and film, with digital as the priority. This usually doesn’t incur much extra cost. However, for weddings longer than three hours or if you want equal emphasis on both film and digital, I have a partner photographer who specializes in film photography as an add-on option.
Yes, absolutely! I love traveling and would be happy to photograph a destination wedding. I also visit family in California every year, so I’m especially open to weddings there. Depending on the location and timing, I most likely would not need to charge for accommodation there.
Yes, I’m fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance to your venue. I can also add the venue as an additional insured if required.
Definitely, all the photos I deliver will be hand-edited by me. I don't deliver unedited images.
