Hannah From Earth is a wedding and couples photography studio based in Northern Virginia, serving the DMV, Oregon, and destinations beyond. My work blends documentary storytelling with a cinematic, editorial feel, focusing on real moments, natural movement, and honest emotion. With a background in filmmaking, I am drawn to light, atmosphere, and the little in-between moments that make your day feel uniquely yours. My goal is to create photographs that feel personal, timeless, and like still frames from your own story.

My background in filmmaking shapes the way I photograph weddings, with a focus on movement, light, emotion, and atmosphere. I blend documentary storytelling with an editorial eye, giving direction when you need it and stepping back when moments unfold naturally. I want your photos to feel intentional without feeling overly posed, and I care just as much about your experience as the final gallery.     Hesitate no more!

    Working with Hannah was such a smooth experience. She made communication feel natural and relaxed, never making us feel rushed or stressed about decisions. What impressed us most was how prepared she came to our wedding day! She had already scouted our locations and created a thoughtful schedule that kept everything on track without feeling rigid. Her photos turned out beautiful, and we had our sneak peeks back faster than we expected.     Hannah is wonderful to work with. Super at communicating and very punctual. I’ve never done a photo shoot before, let alone with my significant other doing couple poses. Everything felt so easy like we’ve done this 1000 times. She came to me with a vision and executed it perfectly, It was the photo shoot of my dreams! The turnaround was so quick on receiving the entire gallery. She’s a mastermind at creating a story and capturing it into photos.
