    Professional at event, did not meet expectations

    I hired Juliana for my baby shower. Juliana was very nice and stepped in last minute when my original photographer could no longer make it. However the quantity of photos and timeliness of receiving photos, did not meet my expectations. Our contract stated that I would have the photos 2 weeks after my event; that day came and went, and Juliana made several different excuses that she was traveling or having technical errors. Through multiple back and forth messages over the next 2-3 weeks trying to get more photos or understand where the photos asked for where, I had to all but beg for any photos. Eventually, after over 6 weeks of continuously following up, she did upload about 30 photos, but several are duplicates or are the same photo with slightly different editing, making the actual number of photos much less. There are also no photos of my husband and I together, despite my instructions before the event and during the event that this was my main priority. She has great photography skills and was to the event on time, but the outcome of the photos was not what I expected, nor do I feel like matches what we agreed to in our contract.

Depending on the package and price for your weddings I will give you a set amount of photos!
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. However, I will always send sneak peeks and do content creation if wanted!
