Hey friend, I'm Lauren. I love blue hour, antiquing, a quality documentary, my people, snuggling with my husband, loving our bernedoodle, Junie, and a vanilla oat milk latte at literally any time of the day. My love for photography stems from my desire to capture moments, and my love of color. I have always sought to express emotion through fashion, imagery and creativity. My photography is an overflow of that. I have been professionally photographing wedding for 8 years now, and I have an A.A. degree in arts. I tend to have a more photojournalistic approach to photography, and strive to capture the true emotion of your special day.

I bring a calming presence on often stressful days, and specialize in capturing full wedding weekends from beginning to end. My goal is to make sure your wedding day doesn't feel like one long extended photo shoot, but that you will soak in every moment, and trust that I am capturing every thing.

    I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Lauren! From the very beginning, she made us feel so comfortable and completely ourselves in front of the camera. Nothing ever felt forced or overly posed—she captured our wedding day exactly as it felt: full of love, laughter, happy tears, and all of the little moments we never want to forget. But what I will remember just as much as the beautiful photos is how Lauren made me feel on our wedding day. There were moments when I was really stressed, overwhelmed, and honestly just completely touched out from everything going on around me. Lauren could tell when I needed a minute without me even having to say it. She was on my side, had my back, and became such a calming presence for me throughout the day. In a room full of people needing something from me, she somehow knew when I needed someone to just be in my corner. She was my calm when I really needed one, and I don’t think she even realizes how much that meant to me. Looking through our photos feels like getting to relive the entire day. Lauren captured not only the big moments, but also the tiny details, emotions, and candid interactions we didn’t even realize were happening. Some of those have become our absolute favorite photos. Lauren is obviously incredibly talented, but she’s also exactly the kind of person you want beside you on one of the biggest and most emotional days of your life. She wasn’t just our photographer that day—she truly felt like a friend who was looking out for me. Choosing Lauren was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.     The Most Perfect Day with the Most Perfect Team!

    I could not recommend Lauren more!!! As a “destination” couple planning our wedding from out of town, we were nervous about building a relationship with our photographer from a distance - Lauren made that completely effortless. When we came into town for our tasting, we set up an engagement session with her, and from that very first shoot we knew we had found the right person. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, she has such a natural way of putting people at ease. Bryce is an absolute gem and having the two of them by our side on our day brought such joy to us both. On our wedding day, it truly felt like having a friend there rather than a vendor. She anticipated moments before they happened and captured our day in a way that is beyond anything we could have imagined - every time we look through our photos we are amazed all over again. Best of all, we still stay in touch with Lauren long after the wedding, which says everything about the kind of person and photographer she is. Typically, couples book me about 8-12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.

In my 8 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant.
