Engagement Photos

We booked Leslie Ann photography for our upcoming wedding in October. We both decided we wanted to do an engagement photo session first to get to work with our designated photographer, Andrea, before the wedding to get to know her and her work. It was the best decision we made. Andrea and the whole team have made this a flawless process and have answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We absolutely love how our photos came out and we haven’t stopped receiving compliments for them! Andrea made the whole process very streamlined. She was able to guide us on how to pose, what to be doing for the best shots, and she knew where to go for the best lighting! I would absolutely recommend Leslie Ann to anyone thinking about having a wedding photographer. Their prices are reasonably priced and we had an experience we will never forget. Where do I even start? I hired Leslie Ann based on the quality of the videographers featured on their website. The videographer I expected to have was apparently sick, but no one communicated that to us beforehand. Instead, we found out a backup had been sent on our wedding day. That lack of communication was the first major red flag. When we finally received our wedding video, I was honestly shocked. The editing was poor, there was no real flow, the lighting was terrible, you could hardly even hear what we were saying during our vows, the cuts were awkward, and there were multiple shots with guests standing directly in front of key moments that should never have made it into a final wedding film. It lacked creativity and didn't resemble the cinematic work that convinced me to book them. I shared my concerns, and instead of resolving the issue promptly, it took another month for a revision. We got married in early April and didn't receive our final video until August. Waiting four months for a wedding video—especially after having to request major revisions—is unacceptable. The revised version was an improvement in that some of the obvious editing mistakes were fixed, but it still fell far short of what was advertised and what we paid for. I'm genuinely embarrassed by the final product and don't even want to share it with friends or family. What disappointed me just as much was how the situation was handled. At no point was any refund, partial refund, or other compensation offered despite the missed expectations, delays, and overall experience. Every conversation felt like an attempt to minimize the issues rather than take accountability. My biggest piece of advice: don't base your decision solely on the videos featured on their website. They were not representative of the quality of the product we received. I would not recommend this company. If you're considering hiring them and want to see the actual wedding video we received before making your decision, feel free to reach out.
