    Choose Lion of the Valley!

    Bill, Dayton, and Calen were hands down the best possible choice my wife and I could have made for our wedding photos. They were fun, easy to work with, they calmed us down, helped choreograph some key pieces of our wedding day, and the photos we have are absolutely stunning. I couldn't have dreamed up a better crew. I loved that they were easy going and took pictures of us in fun places -- walking around our old neighborhood, in our favorite date-night spot, in front of the pool at the Last Hotel -- and made us laugh and feel relaxed while doing it. We get compliments on our photos often, and while we haven't put our album together yet, I know it will be incredible because of the quality of the photos we have. I can't recommend them highly enough. Choose Lion of the Valley, you won't be disappointed!

We have had couples reach out up to 24 months in advance for their wedding. And we've also had couples call us as soon as a few months out. I think the takeaway is that if we're available we'll be there and it doesn't matter when!
We always have two photographers at your wedding! Sometimes even three! Dayton, Calen and Bill are all a part of Lion of the Valley. This means that at least two of us will always be available to shoot at your wedding.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.
We do offer video! The video package includes a 3-5 minute "highlight reel" set to music and is $1,250. You can add an additional $500 for video of the ceremony and toasts at the reception. However, if you do not want the high light reel and only want video of the ceremony/toasts - that is $1,250 by itself.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
