Wedding
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. Our wedding was on February 27, 2026, and despite paying our balance in full immediately after the wedding, we are now over four months later without receiving our photo gallery or videos or any basic information. The contract estimated delivery within 8–12 weeks for the gallery, and that timeframe has passed. The most disappointing part has been the lack of communication. Multiple emails, calls, and text messages have gone unanswered, or we’ve received only vague excuses without any clear delivery timeline. We chose this photographer to capture one of the most important days of our lives, and not having access to those memories months later has been incredibly frustrating. I hope this review encourages better communication and accountability moving forward.
