Scott Metzger

Metzger Studios was founded by Boston Wedding Photographer I specialize in wedding photography throughout New England. I am known for my photojournalistic style and artistic eye. I combine a documentary-style approach with an artistic vision to provide clients with a beautifully illustrated narrative of their wedding day. I pride myself on being unobtrusive without missing an opportunity to capture the special moments that truly define your wedding. Metzger Studios goes above and beyond to capture your event from beginning to end with precision and elegance without ever sacrificing the intimacy of your special day.

The most important thing I’ve learned over my 20 years as a wedding photographer is that you can’t do this job if you are not passionate about it. One of my strengths as a wedding photographer is my ability to adapt to any situation that is presented to me.

Description

I am confident we can create a package that works with your needs and budget. It is hard to give you an exact number without knowing all the specifics, depending on the time of year, how many hours, and the types of albums you choose. I will honor a 15% discount on all products for off-season and non-Saturday weddings. In addition to the base package, I offer several different sizes of you can include in your package at an additional cost:

Great experience
Great experience! Scott was very easy to work with and kept us updated throughout the entire planning process. On our wedding day, everything ran smoothly despite the weather challenges. Scott is very creative and every shot felt thoughtful and genuine. We'd absolutely recommend Metzger Studios!

Great great work!
We cannot say enough great things about Scott Metzger of Metzger Studios! Recommended by a college friend, Scott truly went above and beyond for our wedding. He was wonderfully unobtrusive during the ceremony—you’d hardly know he was there—yet he somehow captured every spectacular moment. The photos are absolute perfection, and his photography services are available at a very fair rate for the top-tier quality you receive. We can't wait to pass his name along to the next couple!

Amazing wedding photography team
Metzger studios provided phenomenal photo coverage for my sons weddding in Cambridge MA. Scott Metzger and his team were able to capture the many traditions and customs present at the wedding. They made amazing creative pictures which will be cherished for many years to come. Reasonable pricing, excellent communication, amazing creativity and quality is what sets this studio apart from many other photography vendors. I am a wedding photographer myself and was at ease being a client that Metzger team would do phenomenal job. Pictures were delivered in a timely manner and everything was just perfect! Best Wedding Photographer
From our first conversation with Scott, we knew we had found the right fit for our wedding day. He listened to what we wanted and communicated the photography timeline in a way that was easy to understand and stress-free. The photos are elegant, dynamic, and beautiful with a modern style that really captures the feeling of the moment. He focused on the emotion of the event and nailed the energy on the dance floor(those shots are some of our favorites). We'd recommend him without hesitation to any couple looking for a photographer who cares about doing it right.

Community Couldn’t Stop Complimenting the Photos!
We came across Scott Metzger’s portfolio online and immediately loved his creativity. His photos were not only stunning and professional, but they also had personality and humor that genuinely made us smile. That unique blend is what made Scott stand out to us — and now that we’re on the other side of our wedding, we are so happy with our choice. From the very beginning, Scott was communicative, responsive, and professional. From our initial video call through the entire process, he was quick to respond to emails and always made us feel informed and supported. During our first meeting, he walked us through his equipment, explained exactly what his packages included, and even showed us additional offerings like photo albums in a way that felt natural and never pushy or awkward. His professionalism gave us confidence right away. Whenever we had specific needs or requests, we felt completely comfortable bringing them up. Scott was always cordial, adaptable, and genuinely willing to work with us to make sure we felt cared for throughout the process. On the wedding day itself, Scott made the entire photoshoot experience enjoyable and comfortable.
