Rivers Light Photography
Hiring Ashley and Rivers Light Photography was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our September 2023 wedding! We started our journey with her during our engagement session and those photos turned out better than I ever dreamed. My husband and I are not “naturals” with photos and for both our engagement shoot and the wedding, she made sure to give us the perfect amount of direction to make our photos really shine. For our wedding, her communication made planning for the day a breeze. Her level of professionalism matched with her talent and creativity made it so I had zero concerns about photography on the day of. Ashley is not only insanely talented, but also incredibly kind, and our entire wedding party was raving about her. After the wedding, we received our gallery in an impressively fast turnaround and the editing was fantastic. Anything that I wanted changed or further edited got taken care of with no issues. Since our wedding, we have also hired her to take family photos (twice!) and maternity photos. I highly recommended hiring Rivers Light, you will not regret it!

Engagement Session
Rivers Light Photography was an absolute joy to work with for our engagement photoshoot. From our first meeting, the Ashley put us at ease with her attentive, easy-going communication style. She listened closely to our vision and made sure we felt comfortable in front of the camera. On the day of our engagement session, her professionalism, attention to detail, and creative eye shone through. Manuel and I were initially nervous since it was our first time working with a photographer, but she made the experience fun and relaxed. I can't wait till our wedding day. Highly recommend
My partner and I got our engagement photos taken by Ashley and she was absolutely incredible. It was our first time ever getting our pictures taken so she was so patient with us and guided us into different positions but also managed to get candid photos of us throughout the shoot. We did two outfits in two different locations that were across the street from one another and her vision is just so beautiful. We absolutely love them. She’s also so extremely nice, fast to respond, and her turn around time was quick! I highly recommend her.
