My work is rooted in fine art storytelling, editorial elegance, and a deep commitment to preserving the emotional truth within every moment I photograph.     Capturing your love story was an absolute blessing. Your wedding venue on the bank of Snake River was beautiful, but your wedding was amazing and it was absolutely breath taking to see your love story unfold like magic!     Kristy was a pleasure as always. This time she photographed our families 50th Wedding Anniversary. She did a fantastic job working with the venue we selected at NV Treasure RV Resort and she verified the set up was prepared for our arrival. She assisted with planning as well as decorations and photographing our event. I was very pleased with the results. She captured everyone's emotions perfectly and helped to make our sons feel comfortable with his presence during an awkward time.     Sensational photographer

    We were so surprised with her ability to win over our guests and got everyone to participate with laughter and we had a blast! She came out with her cheerful smile and cracked witty jokes that tickled their fancy. Her artistic ability at capturing the most beautiful poses and natural smiles melted our hearts. She gave us Digital Images in full color, black and white and sepia tone. So we're were able to select what we wanted in different tones which made it exceptionally easy when we order our prints online to make our own album. This saved us a lot of money and time. The quality of the images were perfect and she captured photos with all of the moments on our wish list and ones we never thought of. She was a true delight and we wish her and Sapphire Romance Photography all the best!

    Elegance at its finest measure

    Sapphire Romance Photography surpassed every definition of expectation I had for a photographer. She helped us with creative poses and kept the event fun for our guests on our wedding day. I would say she was spicy with a lot of magic. My veil got caught on something and messed up my hair just before the ceremony. She put down her camera and jumped at the opportunity to help me fix it. I was so incredibly impressed with her willingness to help. When my images were complete and ready to be delivered, she came in person to deliver them and even brought us a gift to say thank you for choosing her to be our photographer. I highly recommend you choose her.

    We had a fabulous time for our special day! Our photographer took the time to know us both and answer alll of our questions reguarding wedding plans and services.. she provided us with a list of local vendors and processed our images in a little over a week. She provided full edits for no additional fees and we were genuinely excited to receive our images delicately wrapped in a beautiful keepsake box. The lab that printed our album used the finest quality paper and we are so happy to be able to share them with everyone so soon. THANK YOU

My turnaround time varies by season. You will receive a preview of 10-15 Images within 48 Hours to preview online, 72 Hours if out of state and may share with friends and family. Typically, you’ll be able to view your full wedding album online about 2-3 weeks after you're wedding. You will receive a secured online share link for easy viewing and download.
The number of digital images included depends on the package selected. Check the description box on your package to learn how many images you will receive or check your contract.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
Appointments can be made best through Zola, or my business website but I do not discuss custom pricing through text, so I suggest calling to make an appointment. Response can be up to 24 hours if I am actively in session. I look forward to serving you!
Retainers secure your date requested not only for you but the business. It protects you as the client to be guaranteed the date requested for service and also protects the business financially for removing your date from their availability of service. Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable for this reason. I do my best to accommodate couples who made need to change their reservation to a new date or another location within 100 miles of the original venue. If there is an issue with your date once secured, please contact me immediately to ensure we can find a solution that works for both of us.
Yes, I offer a free engagement session for locals in Nevada. This gives us a chance to get to know each other, and you get the opportunity to view my work and my work ethic prior to booking your wedding. Space is limited to specific dates monthly. In my 20 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I have never cancelled a wedding. In the rare event that I am unable to photograph your wedding. I'll make sure you are covered by one of my colleagues who is of the same caliber and quality. If you prefer, I can also provide you with a list of photographers within my network, who come highly recommended and you can select the perfect replacement.

Dream A little Dream Photography in Reno, NV. was my first business adventure in photography. I decided to focus primarily on weddings when my own wedding photographer cancelled on me last minute to celebrate her birthday, leaving me hanging and not returning my deposit. I was left in shambles, and I would not want any couple to experience what we went through. Knowing I can give peace of mind to couples celebrating their new journey together brings me great joy. Yes, I offer pre-wedding sessions for those storybook images solo or as a couple to ensure a more intimate setting for you both. This allows you to relax in comfort without feeling rushed on your wedding day. This can be done a day or two prior or the morning before your wedding. But I always suggest scheduling it a couple days before your wedding. Contact me for more details.
Typically, couples book me about 60 days or more before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure you look your best.
I do not offer video services at this time. But I do collaborate with those that do. Let me know if you would like this and I can offer you a list of resources to assist you with finding the best videographer for your day.
I work comfortably as a solo photographer with weddings under 200 guests but am happy to work with second photographers upon request. I have worked with a few on occasion with larger weddings and had an incredible experience not to mention I built new friendships.

Yes, I love Do It Yourself Weddings, however working with vendors helps to ease the frustration on your wedding day for everyone involved. Afterall you will have enough frustration getting prepared on your wedding day, that you and your partner should not have to worry about anything else. I encourage appointing someone to help coordinate the day of your wedding or working with a planner. I always answer questions and offer advice if requested and am willing to help with extra needs you may have as long as it does not interfere with your wedding photography.
I focus more on my clients than winning awards. but my biggest achievement is that I have had 100% satisfaction from my clients in the wedding industry since 2004.
