Disappointed
We felt compelled to go with Flower & Oak out of Cleveland for our wedding this past May due to their portfolio. The videography was great, despite the fact we only invested in raw footage since I have professional video editing experience and was able to save a few bucks this way. However, in understanding the multi market company outsources their day of talent, I felt compelled to inquire on an alternative photographer due to artistic differences in vision, after being assigned my day of photographer and previewing their portfolio. They in short told me no and to trust the process. Come day of, I felt a bit put off by the photographer showing up without the shot list the company requested and I provided. This may be why a plethora of pretty standard wedding day images weren't featured, like images of the mother of the bride, father of the groom, bride and groom dancing, decor and displays in the space, etc. We did however receive umpteen images of cake cutting and less "VIP" guests. I'm not sure what the photo selection process is like when the business choses which images to edit, but I find a huge issue with 0 images being delivered of our family portrait session or joint wedding party portrait sessions. We chose to skip out on our cocktail hour to take all of these pretty standard for a wedding images, and had to follow up after deliverables were received to ask where any of them were. Upon receiving ill-edited images of our family portraits, we still had to follow up asking for our wedding party images again. I'm incredibly grateful for a kind team that was there on my wedding day, but we are very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail and care for such an investment. I never write reviews, but this is something brides should be made aware of.

Flower & Oak captured our day so well!
Flower & Oak did a great job capturing our day!! We loved getting to relive the day when we when got the videos back. They were so well done and captured each part of our day so well. They sent us a highlight reel, a five minute video of the day and a full documentary film that captured each big moment. It has also been so fun to watch all the raw footage they shared as well, I am so thankful to have so much of our day on film to cherish forever! I am so glad we chose them to capture our favorite day!

THE BEST!
We can't recommend Flower & Oak enough! They were absolutely amazing, and we're so thankful to have booked with them! Our expectations were exceeded; from the first phone call to the day of and receiving our videos, everything was perfect. Not only did they do an amazing job capturing everything we had asked for, but were also extremely considerate and flexible on our wedding day (constantly asking if we needed anything such as medicine, water, etc.) and easy-going with changes in our timing/schedule. Our videos also turned out amazing and we couldn't be happier with them! Highly recommend booking with Flower & Oak!

We hired Flower & Oak for our wedding in August to do photo and video and we cannot say enough good things about them! The photographer and videographer were so fun, talented, creative, and professional. We still cry every time we watch our full video and even teaser video (which is less than a minute lol)! We would hire them again in a heart beat for any event and would recommend them without hesitation!

BEST WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHER
Flower & Oak was our wedding videographer. They did a remarkable job. Our videos were stunning & the communication with their team was 12/10. I HIGHLY recommend them as your videographer for any event!!
