Hi! I am Sarah, and I am a Youngstown-area photographer. Photography has always been a passion of mine, and being able to share my passion with others is the "greatest" feeling in the world. Through wedding photography, I get to meet incredible people, witness the thought and care poured into every detail, and learn about the unique journey that brought each couple together. I’ll never get tired of hearing how you fell in love or the story behind saying “yes to the dress.” Capturing all of that joy, emotion, and connection is what makes wedding photography so special to me!

What sets me apart as a wedding photographer is my commitment to creating images that are true to color and timeless. My goal is to ensure that years from now, when your children or grandchildren look at your wedding photos, they don’t see something trendy, they see something authentic and lasting.

    Sarah has been taking our family photos for almost 10 years! Our kids love her, she knows how to pose you, and she is always up for my ideas. We have gone to her studio, had her come to different parks, she came to our house, we even took her to iron mills to capture some family fun! When looking for a photographer Sarah is perfect!

My primary photography style is true-to-color. I focus on capturing images that reflect real life as it naturally looks and feels, with clean, accurate colors and timeless editing that won’t feel dated years from now.
I graduated from Youngstown State in 2013 and officially opened my business in February of 2014. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of photographing hundreds of weddings as a lead photographer, plus many more as a second shooter. Each one has helped shape my experience and love for wedding days.
I always recommend reaching out to your photographer as soon as your venue is secured. I typically book one to two years in advance, so the earlier you inquire, the better chance you have of securing your date
Your full wedding gallery will be delivered within four to eight weeks. I believe your images deserve time and care, so I don’t rush the editing process. I also share sneak peeks on social media throughout the editing process, as long as you’re comfortable with your images being shared.
Yes, I absolutely carry full professional liability and equipment insurance. Many venues require all vendors to provide proof of insurance before allowing them on their property. Even if you don’t choose me as your wedding photographer, I strongly encourage you to make sure whoever you hire is properly insured—it protects you, your venue, and your entire wedding day.
I always encourage my couples to use their engagement session. It’s a great way for us to get to know each other, get you comfortable in front of my camera, and talk through wedding details before the big day. That said, if an engagement session truly doesn’t work for you, I’m happy to transfer that time to your wedding day instead. So if you booked a six-hour collection, it would become seven hours of wedding day coverage, and an eight-hour collection would become nine hours.
Booking is easy! The first step is choosing which wedding collection you’d like to move forward with. Once your collection is selected, a deposit is required to officially reserve your date (I do not hold dates without a deposit). After that, we can set up a payment plan if needed, with the remaining balance due one week before your wedding.
