I was a bridesmaid in a wedding in 2025 and immediately knew we needed Sierra for our wedding in 2026! She was so easy to work with throughout the planning process and I loved that she’s available whatever way is easiest for you - text, call, or email. She’s very responsive, making the whole experience stress-free. On the day of, she showed up completely prepared and stayed calm no matter what happened, even when our schedule shifted around. Sierra clearly knew exactly what moments to capture and when to capture them, and her photos turned out better than we could have imagined. What really stood out was how much she cared about making our day special—she was confident in her work, which let us relax and enjoy ourselves. We cannot recommend her enough.

We had a wonderful experience with Sierra Sturt Photo for our family session in Vail! Sierra was quick to respond and easy to work with, making the whole booking process simple, especially since we were visiting from out of town. What really stood out was how well she managed the tricky Colorado afternoon weather. She kept an eye on the incoming storms and proactively moved our session earlier to make sure we'd beat the unusually late rain and lightning — and we did! She even had clear umbrellas on hand just in case, for hair and makeup. Five stars for local knowledge. She also gave us great guidance on location. The whole process, from scheduling to the shoot itself, felt easy and stress-free, and our photos turned out beautifully. Highly recommend Sierra to anyone looking for a family photographer in the Vail area!

Sierra Sturt is truly an amazing person and photographer (perhaps a magician?)! Everyone in our family and friends’ circle who attended our wedding celebration has commented on what an awesome photographer she was on our wedding day and how wonderfully beautiful the photographs turned out to be!
