We hired Vick Photography for our wedding and Andrew delivered solid work from start to finish. He showed up with positive energy and a cooperative spirit that made the day feel smooth. Andrew takes a high volume of shots to ensure nothing gets missed, which gives you confidence in the coverage. That said, communication before and after the wedding was slower than we hoped, and during the day it felt like the direction was mostly his call rather than a collaboration with us. He's clearly experienced and skilled at what he does, though the process felt a bit more transactional than personal. If you're looking for a seasoned photographer who will capture your day reliably, Andrew is a solid choice—just know that you'll want to discuss your vision upfront since he doesn't ask for much input once the day begins.

This is long because we can’t figure out how to describe how amazing Vick is- If you’re searching for a photographer who is a true artist, will make you laugh, help you remember to take a breath and savor the little moments, aid in corralling your family (including the furry kind of family members) and friends, and go above and beyond in every way to help the wedding process proceed seamlessly seriously stop searching. Andrew Vick is the real deal. He made everyone feel at ease in front of the camera, and did so much for our wedding aside from taking beautiful pictures. He helped everyone coordinate, fixed dresses, captured all the moments we wanted, and especially the ones we didn’t know we would look back at and absolutely treasure. It has taken us a long time to try and write a review that will accurately describe his incredible work, and what a wonderful person he is. This review still doesn’t do him justice. Words can’t describe how amazing our experience with him was.

Hiring Andrew and the team for our wedding was the best decision we made! We had a micro-wedding with just our closest loved ones and Andrew perfectly captured everything on the day. He knew exactly how to put everyone at ease and made even the most camera-shy look amazing in the photos. Andrew made sure to capture every detail and looking through our gallery always makes us smile - there are so many beautiful moments preserved in our photos that we weren't even aware of on the day. The team at the studios are also lovely to communicate with and made everything feel so easy to plan. Thanks again to Andrew and the team for all your work on our special day!
