“We had an incredible experience working with Chris for both our engagement session and our wedding day. From start to finish, he exceeded every expectation we had. For our engagement photos, he made the entire shoot so fun, especially because we were able to include our pets. They turned out beautiful. It was the perfect start to our wedding journey. On our wedding day, he was just as impressive. Not only was he punctual and professional, but he also took the time to review our shot list and make sure we stayed on schedule. We took photos before the ceremony and family photos afterward, and he worked so efficiently that we actually ended up early to our reception. We received 50 sneak peek photos by Monday, and they were absolutely stunning. We love that he gave us access to all of the photos he took- he gave them to us on a flash drive and gave us a drop box link so we could immediately share it with friends and family. One of our favorite parts of working with him is that we get to keep all the photos he took, not just the edited ones. It truly feels like we get to relive every moment of the day. She was awesome every step of the way, from having a huge bag of wedding kit items, helping pose and manage family for photos, and coming up with ideas for photos to make use of the large gap of time we had between the ceremony and the grand march. “Bellagala and our photographer, Katie Compo, were wonderful to work with! The process of booking through Bellagala was straightforward and easy. We received a prompt reply on our initial inquiry and the contract and associated payment plan were clearly laid out for us by Bellagala’s staff. Throughout the process of our engagement photos and wedding planning, Katie was extremely helpful and receptive. For the engagement session, she worked with us to find a photo location that checked all of our boxes for scenery and was willing to reschedule when the weather wasn’t ideal. Leading up to the wedding, she provided input into our day-of schedule to make sure that we had enough time to get all of the group and family photos that we wanted and encouraged us to send her sample photos of poses and styles that we liked. More than any of the above, we really appreciated all of the guidance and assistance Katie provided on our wedding day. She kept us on schedule and even stepped in to help with lacing up my dress and coordinating the set-up of our DJ during the ceremony. My husband and I both felt completely comfortable and taken care of with her as our photographer. We just received our edited photos back and they are gorgeous! Cannot recommend Katie enough!”

From the first time we reached out, she was the most helpful a human could be—from walking through a possible timeline before we even committed to hiring her to sending her wedding guide with tips and tricks and suggestions for other vendors and going along with our not-so-conventional pool party engagement shoot, she made two awkward introverts feel so comfortable both with and without her camera pointed at them. Of all the variety of vendors I spoke with, Jess exceeded every expectation in a way nobody else was able to. She was so kind checking in with us throughout the entire planning process, delivered both our galleries so quickly, and most of all DELIVERED with the best photos to help us remember our day.
