Two Girls and a Soiree are Event planners in San Antonio and surrounding areas. We love working closely with couples to create, fun, elegant, and lasting memories of their special day. We provide professional, detail oriented and personalized service throughout the wedding planning process and on your wedding day!

We go above and beyond, like driving to pick up Bride from hotel to get her to the church or picking up decor from Airbnb to get it to the venue, day of. We get close and personal with Bride and all those involved. We love what we do!

Absolutely Amazing Wedding Coordinators
5 Stars – Absolutely Amazing Wedding Coordinators! I cannot say enough wonderful things about 2 Girls & A Soiree! Brenda and Jackie (and their bonus husbands!) were truly a blessing throughout the entire wedding planning process, but they absolutely went above and beyond on the day of our daughter Taylor and Josh's wedding! From the very beginning, they made sure every detail was taken care of. They communicated with all of our vendors ahead of time, helped set up our decorations, assisted vendors with their setups, directed guests, and kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. And when the night was over, they even made sure everything was packed up! But what meant the most to us was the peace of mind they gave our family. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, and as the mother of the bride, I wanted nothing more than to enjoy every special moment of my daughter's big day without worrying about all the little details. Brenda and Jackie made that possible! We knew we could count on them to handle everything, and they did just that. They weren't just coordinators checking things off a list. They genuinely cared about making Taylor and Josh's wedding day everything we had dreamed it would be. Their dedication, organization, kindness, and willingness to jump in wherever needed did not go unnoticed. There is absolutely NO WAY we could have pulled off such a beautiful and seamless wedding without them! Brenda, Jackie, and your wonderful husbands, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did to make this day so special for our family. We are beyond grateful! Amazing wedding coordinators
Hiring Jackie and Brenda was the best decision for my wedding! They were on top of everything and made sure I didn't forget a single thing. They saw my visions and made the most important day so magical. I truly can't recommend 2 Girls and A Soiree enough, they will make all your dreams come true and make sure your day goes smoothly!

Truly the Best Coordinators!
Jackie and Brenda were incredible from the very beginning! We started working with them back in April for our November wedding, and they were helpful, patient, and supportive the whole way through. Anytime we needed something, they were there. They met with us, answered every question, and made us feel completely taken care of. By the time the wedding arrived, it honestly felt like having family with us. They made the entire day flow so smoothly and kept everything calm, organized, and joyful. They also worked amazingly well with our photographer, videographer, and DJ, which made the whole day feel effortless. We would not have chosen anyone else to help us on our beautiful day. Truly the Dream Team — Our Wedding Lifesavers!
Working with Brenda and Jackie from 2 Girls and a Soirée was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the beginning, they were great listeners, consistently checking in with us during monthly planning sessions, offering detailed advice, and intuitively knowing where we needed extra support. As the wedding day got closer, their calm presence and attention to detail kept our stress levels low — something both my husband and I are incredibly grateful for. On the big day, they were everywhere they needed to be, fanny packs on and fully stocked, handling everything with efficiency and ease. From managing vendors and the timeline, to making sure we ate(!), and even staying after the celebration to help with cleanup — they truly went above and beyond. They brought our vision to life so beautifully, and our guests had an amazing time. I can honestly say we would not have survived the planning process (or the day itself) without them.
