Hello, my name is Saige and I want to thank you for stopping by A Touch of Saige Events! Founded in 2013, my motivation behind ATOS was simply to help make other people’s wedding dreams come true. Building a relationship with a couple and learning their likes and dislikes so it’s like we’ve known each other for years is how we craft proposals, elopements, and weddings that speak to the uniqueness of each couple’s vision.

A Touch of Saige Events takes a personal approach to the creation of each element and detailed design in the weddings we plan.     The Wizard of our Wedding

    Even several months after our wedding, my wife and I still struggle to find the exact words to describe how incredible Saige and her team at 'A Touch of Saige Events' truly are. Our wedding was at The Windsong Lodge in Seward, Alaska. We are not in Seward or even in Alaska. We knew our wedding planner would be coordinating with the venue and all of the vendors on our behalf. We needed someone we could trust to bring everything together, even from a distance. Saige was the that person. 'A Touch of Saige Events' came highly recommended by friends who had worked with Saige and her team in the past. Our venue recommended her. Every vendor we spoke to recommended her. After our initial consultation, we were certain that Saige was the right choice. When there were problems, Saige seemed to already have the solutions. The baker had a family emergency and was no longer available? She had a backup. Venue had some paperwork issues? We barely knew anything had happened. The bride was concerned that the venue wasn't going to fit our "formal with fantasy flair" theme? Saige's incredible selection of decorations and her connections with other businesses made the whole venue tell the story we wanted to tell. Here's the kicker: throughout the planning process, Murphy and his Law seemed to be frequent visitors for many of our vendors, including Saige. One night, we received an email from her explaining that a family emergency had come up and that communication might be delayed while she traveled to deal with it. Shortly afterward, severe technical issues complicated the planning process even further. Despite these challenges, Saige's professionalism, organization, and preparation were so exceptional that the disruptions never seemed to affect the experience we had as clients. We honestly aren't sure whether to call her a prodigy, a wizard, or some other kind of expert, but I suspect all of those descriptions apply. Our introduction to Saige came through the many people who recommended her. After working with her ourselves, my wife and I are thrilled to count ourselves among those who wholeheartedly recommend her to others. Thank you, Saige, for making our wedding everything we had hoped for and for being such an integral part of the memories we will carry with us for the rest of our lives.

    The Best Wedding Planner

    We cannot recommend Saige with A Touch of Saige Events highly enough! From the very beginning, Saige was incredibly responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day everything we hoped it would be. She was such a huge help throughout the entire planning process, especially when it came to finding amazing vendors. She had great recommendations, and even when we needed a vendor at the last minute, Saige jumped right in and helped make it happen. She always made us feel like we were in the best possible hands. On our wedding day, Saige was absolutely incredible. She set up our ceremony and reception spaces beautifully, making sure every detail looked perfect. But what impressed us most was everything happening behind the scenes. She handled problems before we even knew they were problems! Because of her, we were able to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and celebrate with our family and friends without worrying about logistics. Saige truly went above and beyond for us, and we are so grateful we had her by our side. She is professional, dependable, incredibly responsive, talented, and clearly cares so much about her couples.     You WANT A Touch of Saige Events as your planner!

    We cannot recommend Saige and her team enough! Our wedding was July 26th, 2025 at Mountain Field Farms in Palmer, AK. We had 130 guests, with nearly half traveling up for our wedding. It was everything we hoped for and more. We met with several wedding planners to find the right fit, and it was clear from the beginning that Saige was the most experienced and the best one to bring our vision to life. I won’t lie – I’m a bit Type A ;) – and she handled the entire planning process with grace, calmness and professionalism. We would often come to her with our half-baked ideas and she knew how to refine and execute them into something cohesive (and stunning!). It was really fun working and co-creating together. Apart from the decor, rentals, and timeline planning, she also provided us with great resources early on – like obtaining your marriage license, an AK travel guide (so useful for all of our out-of-state guests), tips and tricks guide, etc. I was also so impressed by the way she worked with all of our vendors. You can tell they really respect and enjoy working with her. We had zero worries on our wedding day and were reassured knowing that everything was handled and in Saige’s care. We are so grateful for her hard work and couldn’t have imagined our wedding without her. 1000% recommend A Touch of Saige Events for all your wedding/event planning needs!

    Planning a destination wedding in Alaska could have felt overwhelming, but Saige made it a breeze. Her relationships within the industry and thoughtful guidance throughout the planning process made everything feel easy and stress-free.     Saige has extensive experience in the wedding industry and strong relationships with a wide range of vendors, which was helpful throughout the planning process. Her knowledge of how things typically run made decision-making easier, and she was able to offer practical recommendations when needed. She uses well-organized planning platforms that helped keep details in one place, and she created a clear, structured schedule that kept the planning process and the wedding day running smoothly.

Yes, we build our team based on the guest count and requirements and needs of the clients. We may just have 2-3 team members at your wedding or could have up to 8 staff there the day or weekend of.
The amount of time spent with us is dependent on when you inquire and when your event date is. We have been planning with clients for 2 years and some for only a month depending on the details. We want to guide you through an enjoyable and knowledgeable planning experience no matter how long or short the time frame may be.
This is subjective to each client. No client is the same and the custom abilities of our packages allow for a wide range. Knowing that our current minimum for wedding packages starts at $5,000 and does increase based on the package and client-specific needs. This can go as high as $20,000 or more in certain cases. Elopements and private events are quoted completely custom with a starting rate of $2,500.
We do take on multiple weddings on the same day but only when we have confirmed the staff needed and can ensure that all clients are fully taken care of as we start the planning process.
We plan all types of events. We are most known for and specialize in large weddings. However, we also love to plan rehearsal dinners, welcome events, elopements, showers, private events, birthdays, corporate, and any other needs that our team can fulfill.
