    Jennifer and team are the absolute best in the business. They single handedly convinced my husband, who is Mr. DIY, that having a planner/ coordinator is absolutely necessary when having a traditional multi guest wedding. Throughout the process, they had so many insights and considerations that I never would've thought of that could logistically make or break the day. One month later, my family is still RAVING about how kind, professional and awesome the team was. Cannot recommend them enough- if you want to actually enjoy your wedding day and not stress, book Amorella Events!

    Best Wedding Planner Ever!!

    Working with Amorella Events and Jennifer was a game-changer for our wedding day. From our first conversation, she communicated in a way that was direct and easy to understand, always getting to the point without wasting our time. Jennifer listened to what we actually wanted instead of pushing her own ideas, which made us feel heard throughout the entire process. On the day of our wedding, she was everywhere at once—keeping vendors accountable, fixing issues before we even noticed them, and staying completely out of the way so our guests could enjoy the moment. Her organization and efficiency were unmatched, and the whole event ran like clockwork. We can't recommend Jennifer and Amorella Events enough for any couple looking for a planner who truly delivers.

    The Best in the Business

    Amorella Events was nothing short of a godsend for us. Words cannot fully capture the depth of our gratitude and admiration for Jennifer, Katherine, and the entire Amorella team. Their dedication knows no bounds - they will do absolutely anything for the people they work with, bringing to every task a level of care, professionalism, and enthusiasm that is truly rare. What began as a simple relationship between a wedding coordinator and a client evolved into a genuine friendship. From the earliest stages of planning, Jennifer and Katherine provided an extraordinary level of service and support. Months before the wedding, they familiarized themselves with every detail - reviewing vendor contracts line by line, communicating proactively with vendors and the venue, and preparing an array of essential materials: detailed itineraries, comprehensive to-do lists, and precise day-of schedules. Their meticulous approach ensured that every aspect of the event ran seamlessly. In fact, their attention to detail saved us from several near disasters- one example being the “dance floor” included in the design company’s invoice was only the vinyl covering, not the dance floor itself. This was only to be found in the fine print. The scope and quality of their work are remarkable, but what truly sets Amorella apart is that they don’t simply offer a service, they create an experience. From day one, that experience is defined by thoughtfulness, grace, and a sense of genuine care. The Amorella team treats you like family- not just the bride and groom, but every guest. At one point during our reception, one of our guests began feeling unwell. Jennifer not only offered immediate help but followed up three separate times throughout the evening to ensure she was comfortable. That level of compassion and attentiveness is extraordinary and deeply meaningful. Jennifer and Katherine are, above all, honest, kind, and exceptional individuals who strive to lift the weight of wedding planning from your shoulders so that you can actually enjoy the process. They provide candid, constructive feedback, always act in your best interest, and remain your steadfast advocates- even in moments when you might not be the easiest to please. And importantly, they embody true class. Their elegance, poise, and taste elevate every event they touch and we had countless compliments by our guests on their level of professionalism. A quick glance at Amorella’s Instagram page offers a glimpse of their impeccable style, but it’s their creativity, and refinement that make their work truly unforgettable. We cannot say enough about this incredible team. Jennifer, Katherine, and the entire Amorella family brought our wedding to life in ways we never imagined possible. While we had expected that some sort of “disaster” would inevitably occur on our big day, they ensured that not even the smallest mishap could take place. If you have the chance to work with Amorella Events, take it, I promise it will be the single best decision you make in planning your wedding.

    Jennifer and her team are a must-have during the process of planning and especially on the wedding day. They were there to plan and make sure the smallest of details were taken care of. They have great communication, are organized and are very pleasant to work with. It is apparent that these ladies take a lot of pride in what they do. They made the flow of the wedding day seamless and without them, it would have been chaos. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinating team, look no further. These are ladies you want helping you run your special day. You will not be disappointed!
