    I cannot praise Karen highly enough - she did such a wonderful job as the wedding coordinator for our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding! She was always great with communications, proactive with all tasks, very organized, and just a joy to work with. Karen is very sweet and has a great personality, which I especially appreciated as she worked with our vendors, some of whom are people I also work with in other capacities. Making sure all of your plans come together day-of can be very stressful, but because of Karen, I was able to truly enjoy the day. I have some experience with event-planning and was tempted to try to handle things myself, but I am very glad I decided to engage Karen as our coordinator instead - she is a total pro, and I very highly recommend her!

    After being engaged for sometime me and my partner found ourselves stressed trying to plan all the details surrounding our wedding. We decided to hire a coordinator and I'm glad we did! Immediately upon establishing a contract Karen provided a spreadsheet which helped serve as a checklist for our wedding. Within days we had save the date designs and we later had our invitations done by the coordinator as well. The coordinator assisted in contacting vendors and venues, updating the spreadsheet with information throughout the process so that prices and comparisons could be made. Working with Karen was such a delight from start to finish, she felt like a friend to us and relieved so much of the worry surrounding our wedding! If you find yourself lost or overwhelmed trying to plan your wedding consider hiring Beige and Sage to organize and save you time so you can better enjoy your special day!

    Karen was extremely organized and kept me in budget for my Summerween party. The design and decorations were wonderful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for event planning.

Combined with our personalized, hands-on approach, we make wedding planning easier and more organized.
Absolutely! We're based in New Jersey and happily travel to weddings throughout the country. Our packages start at $1,000 for Virtual Planning, $1,500 for Intimate Wedding Planning, $2,000 for Day-of Coordination, and $3,000 for Full Wedding Planning. Travel fees are additional and vary by location.
Right away! Once your contract is signed, we get started immediately based on your selected planning package. You'll receive access to our exclusive client portal, where we can begin organizing details, tracking progress, and keeping everything in one place. Our goal is to make sure you feel supported, organized, and confident from day one!
Yes! To officially secure your wedding date, we require a 25% deposit and a signed contract, conveniently sent through DocuSign. The remaining balance is due in full two weeks before your wedding. Once your deposit and contract are completed, your date is officially reserved! You'll also receive access to our exclusive client planning portal, and we'll get started based on your selected package. Our booking process is simple, straightforward, and stress-free!
