Working with Laura was an absolute game-changer. She is truly top-notch and brought a level of dedication to the project that completely exceeded my expectations. Laura at Beyond the Sun Events Coordinator was absolutely amazing coordinating my daughter’s quinceañera. From our very first meeting, she helped me clarify the vision and then turned it into a clear plan with recommendations, reminders, and a detailed timeline that kept everything on track. She scheduled check-in meetings before the event, helped plan the flow (music, readings, and exact timing), and even created a vendor template assigning each vendor to specific locations. She also met in person with vendors to make sure everyone knew where to set up & park. That the day it all ran smoothly. On the day of the event, she made sure everything happened on time and exactly how we hoped. Laura is kind, respectful, and never makes a decision without your approval—but she also knows when to stand her ground when needed. Soft-spoken, but powerful and professional.
