Beyond This Day

We feel incredibly lucky that we hired Chloe! She was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She is detail oriented, patient, organized, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. She truly saved the day for us! Weeks before the wedding, Chloe walked through the venue with us and went over every detail with our venue manager. She created a detailed wedding timeline and checklist to keep us on track, and proactively scheduled calls with our vendors weeks in advance to make sure everyone was aligned and that nothing fell through the cracks. She was also there for our rehearsal, making sure our wedding party understood the flow of the day, knew their responsibilities, and felt prepared. One of the things we appreciated most was how Chloe handled the unpredictable weather on our wedding day. Rain was in the forecast, and she made sure we had backup plans and that everything could be adjusted if needed. She kept monitoring the weather and stayed in constant communication with the venue throughout the day. In the end, we were able to have our outdoor wedding exactly as we had hoped! Chloe also helped with all of our decorations and setup, and everything came out absolutely perfect. There were so many details happening behind the scenes that we didn’t have to worry about because we knew Chloe had everything under control. We honestly can’t imagine our wedding day without her. Having Chloe there allowed us to relax, be present, and truly enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about logistics. I honestly don't know how we would've gotten through planning my son's first birthday without Chloe. She thought of so many little things I never would've even thought to ask about, the kind of stuff you don't realize matters until it's already taken care of! Planning a first birthday is stressful and having her handle things meant I actually got to enjoy the day instead of stressing the whole time. She’s really easy-going and on top of it all. Friendly, warm, clearly loves what she does. Can't recommend her enough. We'll definitely be using her again for the next one :).
