    Truly Gave Us Peace of Mind

    Exceptional Service From Start to Finish Working with Bridal Peace by Design was truly one of the best decisions we made while planning our destination wedding in Maui. From the very beginning, our planner was professional, attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our wedding experience everything we envisioned. She went far beyond simply coordinating our wedding day. She helped us navigate the many details that come with planning a destination wedding, coordinated with vendors, kept us on track, and even assisted with events surrounding the wedding. Having someone we could trust to manage so many moving pieces gave us tremendous peace of mind throughout the process. What stood out most was her willingness to go above and beyond.     Wedding Coordinator Above and Beyond

    If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it—and hire Britnee! I brought her on just a month before my wedding thinking I just needed day-of help, and she completely saved the day. She jumped straight in and caught so many missing details I would have completely overlooked. She is the perfect mix of highly professional and deeply personal; working with her feels like working with a close friend you've known for years.     Best Decision Ever

    I can’t say enough good things about her work! She has helped me plan multiple events, and each one has come out beautifully. She’s incredibly thoughtful, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead. I never have to worry because she makes sure everything is handled and executed on time. She’s also very easy to communicate with and always open to ideas while adding her own creative touch. Every event I’ve booked with her has been a success, and I’m always beyond happy with the results. Highly recommend!

It means I am the first to arrive and the last to leave. I oversee the morning prep and DIY setup, drive the timeline throughout the event, and stay until the final vendor has loaded out and your personal items (gifts, card box, leftovers) are secured in your vehicle.
Yes. I personally manage the setup of your DIY elements. My goal is to ensure your family and bridal party can enjoy the morning as guests, rather than setting up.
Yes. While I primarily serve the DMV, I am available for travel. Travel fees apply for events outside of a 50-mile radius from zip code 20176, and overnight accommodations are required for locations over 2 hours away.
Day-Of Coordination (The Essentials) focuses on managing the timeline, vendors, and logistics you have already secured so your wedding runs smoothly. Full Planning (The Signature, The Premier, The Total Peace) takes over the heavy lifting earlier in the process—including vendor acquisition, travel and budget planning, custom task management, and full weekend production.
For The Signature, The Premier, and The Total Peace, we research, source, and secure vendors that fit your style and budget. For Elopements and The Essentials, vendor acquisition is Coordination Only—meaning you book the vendors, and we take over managing their cues, timelines, and execution.
We capture candid, raw photos and high-quality video clips throughout your event using an Xtra Muse camera setup—not a smartphone! You'll get quick, authentic memories delivered (via AirDrop/shared folder) right after your event, so you don't have to wait weeks for professional gallery previews.
Yes! The Essentials, The Signature, The Premier, and The Total Peace packages all include an On-Site Assistant to ensure setup, timing, and guest flow run seamlessly. Elopements & Micro-Weddings are managed by 1 Lead Coordinator.

Absolutely! Elopements offer an Intimate Reception Add-On for +$400 (adding 4 extra hours of coverage).
