I'm Carmen, the owner and lead coordinator and I work alongside two of the most incredible women in my life - my sister Elena and my sister-in-law Arnela. Together, we make up a passionate team of wedding professionals who thrive on turning dreams into seamless, joy-filled celebrations.

As a proud Veteran-owned small business, we bring discipline, heart, and attention to detail in every event we plan. Each member of our team brings a unique flair to the table: Elena's creativity, Arnela's calm, yet proactive spirit, and my love for structure and timeliness ensure that every detail is handled with care and precision, and every bride has a trust planner they can trust.

    Life Savers

    Carmen and Cassidy were fantastic! They helped fill in the gaps for timelines, coordinated with vendors, and overall made the whole wedding week/weekend go seamlessly! They were even ready with backup solutions when we were having issues with our officiant. There were multiple check-ins leading up to the wedding, great communication. Cassidy brought great energy the day-of and did marvelously handling our hooligan friends. I cant recommend them both enough, definitely worth it!

    BEST TEAM EVER!

    If you want to be as relaxed as possible on your wedding day, please use the team at Carmen's Weddings. Danielle was my day-of-coordinator and words truly do not do her justice. She not only came to my walk-through two days before the event, she did EVERYTHING for me the day of the wedding. Danielle and I chatted on the phone a few times before the wedding day and each time, I felt immediately at ease. The day of the wedding, Danielle picked up all the flowers/decor/miscellaneous items from the house, set up EVERYTHING at the venue, sent me photos along the way, kept the flow of the evening perfect, BUSTLED MY DRESS, made sure my husband and I were good throughout all the different moments, and stayed afterwards to pack everything up for me. I'll never be able to repay her. Hiring Danielle was the best decision I made!

    Amazing!

    Carmen handled our wedding with an incredible amount of love, flexibility (Carmen rolled with last minute changes to the schedule in a way that I didn’t even have to think about them), care, efficiency, and grace. I highly recommend Carmen!

    Carmen was AMAZING! From start to finish she was professional and so amazing to work with. She took the vision I had and made it happen for us. She was always available to answer any questions I had, with a quick and amazing response which calmed so many nerves of mine. The day of she made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be and helped me stay calm as well when things started getting hectic. At the end of the night she helped picked things up and has been there through all of my questions of things we couldn’t find. I would 110% recommend her to anyone who is in need of a wedding planner/ coordinator!!  I can not thank Carmen enough for everything leading up to the wedding and especially everything she did the day of!

    The best coordinator in town!

    Carmen was phenomenal! Very organized and professional. With Carmen we actually ran ahead of schedule and got to have more time enjoying ourselves at our wedding. She went above and beyond to save my wedding cake topper for us. She went back to our venue the morning after the wedding and packed up all of our decor and delivered it to us. She was amazing during the planning process and had many helpful recommendations and potential vendor replacements if needed. She worked great on our contingency plans for weather related issues. Carmen made it so I didn’t have to stress or worry at all on our wedding day. We couldn’t have done any of this without her! She worked closely with my cousin/ wedding planner and took everything with great stride! Carmen is worth every penny and more!! My husband was absolutely wowed with how everything turned out! We had such an amazing wedding day thanks to Carmen! I would recommend her to anyone! I’ve been telling all my friends and engaged coworkers about her. Thank you Carmen for everything!!!

All brides are different. If you don't see the services, you need listed in our packages, please reach out for a free consultation. We'll be happy to build a package just for you!
We provide 8 hours of on-site coordination in our day-of package. For any additional hours of services, we bill at $75 per hour.
Our company has three wedding consultants, Carmen, Arnela and Elena. For weddings with a guest count of 120 or less, you will have one on-site coordinator. Two coordinators are required for guest counts over that amount.
Yes of course! We also do corporate event planning, baby showers, etc.
