Hi, I’m Allie, founder of CBA and I’m supported by an incredible planning team. Originally from the Finger Lakes region of New York, we split our time between Upstate New York and Central, North, and South Florida, with no travel fee between our home regions. With over a decase of combined experience, our team loves helping couples create weddings that truly reflect their love stories. Whether your vision is elegant, modern, or completely one of a kind, we make the planning process feel seamless and stress free, delivering an unforgettable day through creativity, attention to detail, and a calm, supportive presence from start to finish.
From a young age, our founder Allie was immersed in the world of event planning, learning from her mother. That early foundation shaped the values that guide our team today. Over the years, we’ve brought visions to life across a wide range of events, from high profile and celebrity functions to imaginative challenges like making snow in FL. What sets us apart is our fun and collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to fully understanding each client’s vision. Best Wedding Coordinator Ever
We had the absolute best experience with Celebrations by Allie! We hired Allie for month-of coordination, starting about a month before our wedding, and she was such an incredible help during a time when wedding planning was becoming especially stressful. Allie helped us create timelines, communicate with our vendors, and make sure everyone had all of the information they needed. She took so much off of my plate and made the final month of wedding planning so much less overwhelming. Allie was amazing throughout the entire month leading up to the wedding, and then Emily joined us the day before and on the wedding day. Having both of them there made such a huge difference. They were completely on top of everything and I genuinely did not have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. I didn’t have to lift a finger — I was able to just enjoy the day, be present with my husband, and spend time with our family and friends. My bridesmaids actually commented that it was the least stressful wedding they had ever been a part of, and I truly think that was largely because of Allie and Emily. Every vendor was completely informed about what was happening, where they needed to be, and what they needed to know because Allie had made sure everything was communicated ahead of time. It made the entire day run so smoothly. Of course, there were a few little hiccups throughout the day, as there always are with a wedding, but Allie and Emily handled everything so seamlessly. They completely pivoted when needed, solved problems behind the scenes, and made sure we never had to worry about any of it. From our perspective, everything was perfect. Hiring Celebrations by Allie was genuinely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Allie made the final month so much less stressful, and having Allie and Emily there on the wedding day allowed us to actually enjoy every second instead of worrying about logistics. Our wedding was the smoothest, most stress-free day, and we are so grateful to both of them for making it that way. I cannot recommend Celebrations by Allie enough!

Highly reccommend if you want a stress free day
Celebrations by Allie was worth every single penny, and I honestly couldn't have pulled off our wedding without them. Allie was a pleasure to work with from the start and was so thorough during our planning calls — I only booked day-of coordination, but she helped me get every single detail organized ahead of time so her team was fully prepared for the big day. Yasmine and Amy were our on-site coordinators, and they were nothing short of amazing. They were friendly, professional, and took so much stress off my plate. They were incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, and even on the things I hadn't specifically instructed them on, they made great decisions on their own — which let me actually relax and enjoy my day instead of worrying about logistics. They truly felt like my right-hand women, and I had full confidence in them the entire time. On top of coordinating, they also worked so hard to help with decorating and setup, and then break down of the venue at the end of the night. This team went above and beyond, and I recommend them wholeheartedly to any couple looking for a day-of coordination team they can fully trust.

The Best Coordinator!
From our first conversation with Allie, we knew Celebrations by Allie was the right fit for us. She and her team—Kagan and Yasmine—responded quickly to every question and were honest about what we needed. What stood out most was how intentional they were about every detail, from our decorations to our timeline. On the day of our wedding, they handled everything that came up without us having to think twice, which meant we could actually be present and enjoy those first moments as a married couple. The whole experience felt personal and tailored to us, not like we were just another wedding. We'd highly recommend Allie and her team to anyone planning their big day.

Thankful Stress Free Bride
During the planning process, Allie worked with our budget, used her wealth of knowledge and network to help us problem solve, and dealt with our humorously difficult families. On the big day, of course things didn’t go as perfectly as planned but we were still able to have an enjoyable stress free wedding day because of Allie. She put out many fires and even stood in the rain as we waited for Mother Nature to corporate. She truly was the glue holding everything together! She pulled off all of this during a major life transition of her own, which I found quite impressive.

Great Help
I am so glad I to have had Allie in my corner during my wedding planning, she was such a great help. My husband and I had a small budget to begin with and she was very hands on with helping find vendors to fit our style and budget. She is also very flexible throughout the process. We scheduled monthly calls and as I am not very well versed in this world she explains things very well. I enjoyed our conversations and always felt heard and at ease with any questions I had. Allie has various packages at affordable rates and cares for her clients. Even after the wedding Allie has reached out to check on us and help us settle some things post wedding.
